Union Bank S Milpitas Blvd, Milpitas

I've been banking with Union Bank for years now. I recently moved to the bay area from Orange County and decided to visit my local Union Bank branch. When I was being helped I was being questioned like if I was going to pull off a scam or something. I wouldn't have minded the questions because of security protocol but they asked some really personal questions which I thought was unnecessary. I went from feeling comfortable with Union Bank to just complete awkwardness and unwanted. Not sure if I'd visit this branch again, or bank with Union for that matter.

Came to open an account. They said that I need to make an appointment to do that. The staff are the worst I have ever experienced with banks. She acted like we owe her something.

The security doors can throw you off if it's your first (or second) time. Usually there is no line and typically there is only one teller available. Friendly service and eager to work out any issues. Management helps out to resolve challenges. Very personable service; I like it. There is ALWAYS parking as opposed to the WF across the lot. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good service. Just like family business. I'm surprised people gave negative comments.
