I have been a CommonWealth member for 2+ decades now. They have kept it simple overall. All the minimal necessary services available and there is no overselling when visiting the branch in person. And will be a member forever. Love it.

I am very happy and satisfied with the service I received from this branch. I am very sorry and sad that this branch is closing. I will miss all the bank representative and their excellent services.

I am a very satisfied customer for 18yrs beginning YR 2000; customer service ppl are friendly, extremely helpful--will stay on while you try offered suggestions if ur problem is computer---and do return phone calls.

Staff members are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. it is ALWAYS a pleasant experience when visiting this location

I have been a member of this credit union for 25+ years, I have used if extensively for all my banking and I have watched it become one of the absolute worst companies I've ever dealt with. The only reason I've kept them for the last few years is b/c I've got a few loans left to pay off. Their customer service is ignorant, unwilling to listen to even the simplest of requests/questions from a customer, and never (and I repeat NEVER) give you accurate information. Let alone, follow through with what they say they're going to do. Five phone calls, five different answers, none of them accurate. This company was once good, hence why I signed up with the in the first place, but this last 25+ years it has become a joke. An absolute joke. I can't wait to have these last 2 loans paid off to sever my ties with them once in for all. I've been putting up with their incompetence and arrogance for way too long. Especially for being a long time, LOYAL, customer with GREAT credit and I have put a TON of money through their bank over the last 25+ years. There is NOTHING about this company that is worth dealing with if you don't have too. For the record, today was the 9th time in the last 6 months that I've had to deal with inaccurate information, complete lack of listenting to my original concern/question that caused me to do unnecessary work, on my own, just to find out that what they told me in the first place wasn't even remotely close to being accurate. I cannot express how utterly disgusted I am with this company's turn for the worst. Can't wait to get another local credit union who will appreciate my business and treat me and my money as a credit union should. Commonwealth, I can't wait to sever my ties with you and everything about you....

The website and app are absolutely horrible. To call them you need to know a passcode set on your account which if you forgot it *there is absolutely no way to reset it* until 2 hours on the phone you can finally talk to a supervisor to help you.

If you want to information or help over the phone, and it's the weekend, don't bother with calling. Don't bother with online chat, either.

Have been a member here for 17 years! Great service.

It's a great location, parking lot is rarely full. They're fast and friendly.
