UNIFY Financial Credit Union S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles

A month ago I opened an accident here. The people that assisted me were very kind, and had a great sense of humor. Before writing a review, I wanted to have another encounter with the staff here to see how customer service is after a person becomes a member of this credit union, which is transitioning it name to UNIFY Credit Union. Today, the customer service was great once again, and I had conversations with employees whom I have not interacted with before. My expectations of professional customer service were met. I will re-assess as time goes on. I might add that the associates are friendly and physically fit as well.

This such a great bank! Great service and they really do a good job of protecting your money from identity thieves! I have recommended this credit union to many friends and family. They all love it!!!

very happy with the car loan i got. my daughter's car, using my good credit, we got a 1.2 pct loan, no where else on Earth would give us that. LAFCU and others , way high interest rates compared to unify, Western formerly called. also all the staff are very nice, smart, savvy, welcoming.

This is the second day in a row the teller machine at this location is not functioning. Yesterday the tellers at various locations were down for more than two hours. This is forcing customers into the branches during the pandemic. Get it together Unify westchester.

I love this credit union! They are SOOO MUCH BETTER than Western Fed., we have been members for close to 30 years and the customer service since it became Unify is 100% better. All the services they offer and the people and management are the very best. In this technology age I am so glad that they are getting back to customer service

Don't used their ATM machine, their machine ate my deposit. I've been told that I have to make a dispute with my financial institution. Thanks for the inconveniences.

Very helpful and knowledge associates.Sometimes you have to wait in a line, depending on the day and hour.They are pretty good at getting you inside.Excellent Credit Union.

Before I came here I had called and asked what do I need to bring in order to open an account. They said I had to bring my ID and social security number. I came here with my dad so I could open an account for the first time and they told me I couldn't because I didn't bring a physical residence address with my name on it. They never told me that over the phone, all they said was just to bring your ID and my social security. The woman that I also spoke with was so disrespectful and giving me these unnecessary comments. They all have attitudes and are not professional. I didn't know I had to go through all of this just to open an account. I did not have a good experience here at all and I do not recommend anyone to come here.

The people here are always pleasant and there is plenty of parking in the back and short-term parking on the street in front. AND they have never run out of money on me! It is as good as a big bank gets in a small, local setting with smiles and sincerity ~ ENJOY!!
