They did the impossible. Everyone else told me they couldn’t refi us because of our multiple use zoning but they did it. They were professional and courteous. My loan officer (Brent) and his processor (Lindsey) were the best!

The rates are at an all-time low, I was able to lock-in 2.25% 30 yr fixed IRRRL refi. USVM staff was very friendly and professional any time I had a question or issue to work thru. The communication on loan status could have been better, my processing took longer because of some delays in docs coming together and the 3rd party notories the escrow company used All in all we were able to close the loan and I would recommend USVM to others.In short, they got the job done. My wife and I are very pleased to be able to take advantage of this opportunity.

Great experience. I was working with another lender and it was taking months. Not only did UVSM get ours done in a couple of weeks, they saved us quite a bit of money! Isaac and JR and the rest of the team are fantastic. There is a difference in lenders.

It's ALWAYS a pleasure working with JR, he’s the best middle man I have ever dealt with. The customer service experience is at an all time low, JR has no competition…from anyone! He’s competent, personable, his response time is outstanding. He always gets back to me.. I never worry that I won't get a return call or email, that's huge! Still deceptively using an address from the nearby military base on their mailing envelopes to make people think this is legit service from the base. It's bad enough you spam out mail to people who don't want it, but then you lie about your address on the envelope. I would never use a company for my mortgage that stoops this low... even if they had a better rate. I hope you go out of business and stop scamming veterans!

I had a very positive experience with USVM LLC specially with my dealings with JR at the processing department. He is very responsive and responded to my request for information no longer than 24 hours. JR has an excellent communication style, a 99% listener with his responses given in a professional manner. He listens to your questions to make sure he understands what issues are being asked. The entire process is very transparent and any changes in the disclosed amounts are provided very quickly. In fact I received several disclosures to make sure there are no surprises come closing time. I would not hesitate to recommend USVM, LLC to my fellow veterans.

Every member of the team that assisted us through the re-fi process was a pleasure to work with. Both Josh and his team were absolutely outstanding at staying in touch with us, taking our calls and answering all of our questions. I don't review every company I use, or every product I buy, but these guys were great.

I want to let everyone know that Joshua, Jordan and the rest of their team are honest, hard working and treated me and my concerns like they were their concerns. These brothers listened to my specific needs and talked together after hours and thought creatively on how to help me. They came up with a solution that was custom for me that saved me over one thousand a month and while pulling money out of equity. They did not need to spend so much time to help me and my family, but they did and for that I am thankful and thankful for them and their organization.
