His team is always there for you, works hard to meet any deadline you may have, and makes your experience so smooth.

We had a great experience with Unified Lending, got a great rate, and plan to use them again in the future! In fact, I showed the estimate to a friend who is a loan officer and he said that it was the deal of a lifetime and that I should take it and run! The only reason for 4 stars is that I felt I had to work to get that rate/deal. Only after I mentioned that I was shopping around did they work the numbers to my benefit to get us the best possible rate. It would have been nice to get the best rate/deal right out the gate. But overall, they answered all my many questions, processed the loan quickly, and ultimately we got a great rate and had a pleasant experience (as pleasant as getting a giant loan for a house can be!)

I had the pleasure of working with Spencer, Ryan and Whitney during my home buying process (and believe me it was a process!). My mom worked with Spencer almost 20 years ago to buy her house and they were so amazing back then she referred me when I started the process of buying her house. They are as amazing now as they were back then. I ran into so many roadblocks during this process (including roughly $70000 in debt that was unknown to us) and they just handled it every time. They did everything possible to make it easy and really focused on the small touches. When it was time for my mom to sign the sellers paperwork, they sent a notary to her work so she could just sign without it taking up to much of her time. I will highly recommend them for the rest of my life!

Spencer Stott gave us the lowest interest rate of anyone we looked into. He was wonderful to work with. Their document uploading system was easy and the loan went through fast. My only complaint is that once the loan process was started, I wasn’t always sure who to contact with questions. I’d receive automated texts and emails updating me on certain steps being finished. Everyone on the team was polite and helpful, but my realtor was more updated than I was. All in all, I love my interest rate and how hard Spencer and his team worked to move the loan through quickly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I was using another loan officer and was paying outrageous fees and had a higher APR, Ryan was able to lower the APR and cut out a lot of the fees and closed in half of the time the other company said. He went above and beyond and made sure I knew where I was every step of the process. Spencer played a huge role in us buying our first home. We were impressed with him when we took a first time home buyer class from him, and have been even more impressed from working directly with him for our financing. He was incredibly helpful and responsive. He did a great job at helping us understand the details of each step. He was also fantastic at proactively working with our agent and the seller's agent to make sure everything went smoothly. His proactive communication with the seller's agent was pivotal in helping our offer get accepted over several others. We shopped for lenders, and Unified gave the best estimate of all that we shopped with. At closing, the title agent remarked that she had never seen an interest rate as good as ours. Spencer worked with us and our needs to figure out how we could get the best rate for our needs and goals. We are extremely pleased with the work Spencer did for us and 100% recommend (especially for first timers)

Our refinance was so easy and quick. We were able to do everything online and then even at closing they just sent a notary to our house and we signed all the papers quickly and it funded a few days later. Truthfully I didn't shop around for better rates or lower fees because we have used Spencer Stott at Unified a couple times before and I knew we could trust him. Overall really great company and we were able to take out some money for a few projects around our house plus go a full point down on our rate.
