In 2013 my daughter was involved in a very bad accident. Medical bills began flooding in & I got completely lost in trying to get them all paid . My credit began to suffer, and I didn’t know where to begin . I would make payment arrangements with a collection company and the account would be sold to another company while I was in the process of my payments . There was always a disagreement in amount due. As far as results , in the first month , four medical bills disputed and removed from my credit report . That’s what I consider , GREAT work! I spoke to Jajisa on May 2021 and she explained me everything so professional but i think that was all scripted that she has ready to read for customer to impress. Its Feb 2022 and i am still wasting my monthly subscription for no reason. No Followup from her. Every month they send one auto generated email about accounts update but there is no plan to discuss. Waited 8 months and now cancelled my account with them.

I cannot say enough good things about Undisputed Credit Repair. I just happened to come upon this company through a Google search and was a bit apprehensive because I had already used one company that was run like an automated machine. It was a very cold company and not very client centered. I reached out to someone I knew who was familiar with credit repair but could never seem to get in contact with them. So that's when I decided to do a Google search and found Jajisa with Undisputed. I have full faith that it was truly God leading me to her. From the very first telephone conversation Jajisa was very warm and knowledgeable. She was willing to explain everything to me, which I found refreshing.
