Truist Scenic Hwy, Snellville

Been sitting here for an hour to open a bank account. One person on duty for that job. She is very nice and is trying her best but she is swamped. Two people behind counter talking to regulars. They need more workers here on weekends because this is when people have time to handle face to face branch issues. What a way to spend a Saturday morning.

If you are thinking about opening an account with truist, I urge you not to. It is like dealing with a bank in a 3rd world country now. Hold times for phone calls is over two hours, probably longer as I got tired of waiting after two hours. I've been trying to call them on an error they made for over two weeks now. I go to the branch only to find it closed with no signs indicating that and nothing showing where the next closest branch is. I finally found the next closest branch, it takes about 15 mins to enter the parking lot of this location only to find the parking lot jammed packed full of cars and overflow parking in the best buy parking. Then walk inside to about 87 people waiting in line and 2 employees in the entire bank. I will be closing my accounts today, I know it's going to take me all day to close the account as this new brand is extremely understaffed and I will do my part to help you fail!!! You as a new brand are well above your heads!!! I want to update my review. It gets worse. I did finally get an agent on the phone after waiting on hold for two hours and this person is definitely in a call center in a different country. He had an extremely difficult time understanding why I was calling and continued to put me on hold. After the 4th time he placed me on hold, he disconnected the call so here I am again, on hold because of an error they made.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Waited over an hour to get a document notarized. The service is horrible at this bank . I would not recommend.

They close at 5pm but website say 6pm. Management please fix it so someone else doesn't have to drive like 45 minutes for nothing.

This is what you get when you combine two banks that were tied for the worse in customer service in the industry. You only thought it could not get worse, WRONG.

If you ever even momentarily thought to use this bank…just slap yourself hard, and that would still be less painful. My company used to be with BBT for the 8:30am drive through since we open at 9am. They closed everything around this branch and it doesn’t offer any drive through. So we adjusted. However since they’ve been open out of the 3 months I make a daily deposit they have only opened and been ready at 9am 5 times. The rest of the times they don’t open the doors until 9:05-9:07. And when they do you have to wait inside for another couple minutes for the tellers to get up and running. I know it’s only a matter of a couple minutes however when there are 8-10 people waiting outside these minutes add up to ridiculous amount of time spent at the bank costing my company money due to their absence of concern for their customers. And btw good luck trying to make a complaint to corporate they have it so complicated that I have not seen one review that states they actually were able to log a complaint. Worst bank ever and with their attitude inside they will never improve

Really nice and updated bank. They closed surrounding banks but this one is open. Only complaint is all the commercial business was in line with regular accounts. Lines were short but it takes longer because all of the commercial counting. Open a line for commercial businesses. Expect a 20 minute wait.

Love SunTrust but hate this branch. Absolutely NO customer service. Went to open a business account. Told to make an appointment so I did. Got to my appointment early so I could make sure everything was done properly. Was told the guy THEY scheduled my appointment with was at lunch. No problem however, they were 3 other people who could have opened the account sitting there doing NOTHING. I waited to my appointment time only to wait PAST my appointment time. I left! This was not a good use of my time!

The reviews are accurate. No respect for customers. What a bad bad place to do any business. Give this place a miss.

This staff is AMAZING! I came in having trouble with my card and I had already went to a bank before this one. They aren’t any help. But the teller took me to a banker Katie I think was her name. She told me the problem and fixed so quick. I was in and out. Great job!
