This place is beyond amazing. Every time I've been in a pinch, the staff here at this location has always gone above and beyond to make sure I not only get a fair price for whatever items I bring in, but also that the communication between myself and restorestay strong and transparent. Love them. Adrian is a LITERALLY boss. He is kind and has a great eye. Thank you all for every time you have helped me keep my lights on!

Excellent service from a customer service standpoint. They've helped me out quite a bit during some meantimes and in between times definitely life savers in a pinch. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of a short term pawn or looking for a great value whether it be electronics, jewels for a special someone or power tools.

The Uncle Dan's NW Highway store is a diamond in the rough of the Uncle Dan's Pawn Shops chain. The family atmosphere modeled by store manager Edgar Flores is very refreshing and the standard greeting of welcome to Uncle Dan's is said with enthusiasm as to where you feel truly welcomed and special. Edgar and his staff will take the time to show you their merchandise and are able to answer and questions about their products. I frequent all of Dan's stores and this store is not the closest to where I live but I will go out of my way to see what's new and when I find something that I want to purchase the deals are awesome. Absolutely amazing professionalism in this work environment. Just moved to Dallas and was in need of some quick cash so I looked up a near pawn shop and picked the one with the top stars and I’m pleased to say the pawn shop was clean and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was very hesitant seeing this is my first time using a pawn shop but it went very smoothly. Omar was such a great help on getting me good prices for my items and explaining the pawn ticket I received. Vivian showed me around the shop and was the sweetest and was very patient with me when I asked about prices of some items they were selling. Overall this store is the one I will from now on and will be the only one I do business with.
