Had an item I’ve been looking for. I called and they were helpful and polite. Got there and service was casual but great. No pushy sales pressure. Let me test my item and gave me space to think about it. Ended up buying it with a discount on top of it. Super! Ask for Angel

Wouldn't take my amp because it had a little bit of dust on it. Don't go to these guys. Wouldn't even test the amp to see if it worked (it does, as it's practically new). Maybe if I hadn't caught the clerks right before closing time (as in an hour before), then maybe they would have put forth a little effort. Never coming back here for anything. I purchased a 14k gold necklace it was stamped with 14k and looked totally real. A few weeks later It came in contact with a magnet by accident and stuck to it when I tried to return it they told me that was not the naclace they sold me. They completely ripped me off.

I believe his name was Freddy great guy had a amazing customer service and knowledge of his items. I like going to pawn shops to see what kind of random things can be found. But when going to pawn shops I like to spend time looking at different things and getting information online before making a purchase. Most locations will either pressure me to buy something or will ignore me all together and not be helpful if I have questions about something. When I went into this location though Freddy allowed me to look around and not be pressure me to buy anything and answered my questions about different things. I didnt buy anything that day but the great customer service Freddy gave me earned a lifetime customer from me when I go to this location.

I honestly have never been to a pawnshop before today but I hope that every other pawnshop is as awesome as this one! The staff is so courtesy, attentive, and sweet. Magaly helped through my whole experience and it was stupendous. Gold stars all around; keep up the great work guys!

I have to take a moment to brag on these guys. I’ve purchased tv’s from them before and never had an issue. On 3/4/22 I purchased another one, got it home to be mounted, and somehow the screen was cracked - although it wasn’t obvious by looking at it. This store I have bought a laptop which was in great condition for $100 and I have also pawned my items (TWICE) and they were very friendly and always helped me in reaching the amount I needed. They also give you a guarantee card when you come in to pick up your items on time for the same amount they gave you which is amazing if your item goes below market.
