While browsing the content I found a variety of options for many needs and wants, the customer service was stupendous. Adrian is amazing!!!!! Before being to come and pay on my item' I called uncle Dan's and got Adrian on the phone twice' he understood my situation and got me a extension each time. When I went in yesterday to make my payment he didn't know if was me he spoke with on the phone and he was just as polite in person! He showed empathy! The listings I saw they put on OfferUp are incorrect and need to be fixed. They have several listings where whoever is posting the listing has no idea about the item. Their prices are also pretty high for the item you're buying and the best they do is give you $10 off an item under $100 and $15 to $20 off an item over $200.

It's Christmas time right now and I was super excited to find a listing they put online for a 9-ft beautiful Christmas tree. The listing description clearly stated and started off with"9ft pre-lit Christmas tree. They were offering a really good so I called to the store for two days and spoke to about 3 different people reiterating that I was the one calling about the 9-ft tree. After I got off work at 5:00 p.m. and drove in 6:00 p.m. Rsh hour traffic in downtown Dallas. When I arrive it's not the tree that was described, it was the tree that they took a picture of and said it was 9 ft and put a low price of $90 on it, and texted me an hour later saying they would take $75 for it. My theory is that this is a tactic to get you in their store, but I could be wrong. So overall they advertised a 9-ft tree online 3 employees confirmed that it was a 9-ft tree.. .. without any other details. It is a pawn shop off Harry Hines in downtown Dallas so I definitely think my theory of it being a marketing tactic is correct. I did not purchase the tree because when I showed up and saw it was 7.5 and got somewhat furious about the situation. Christmas is a time of joy and this store brought me in the exact opposite, along with a $40 gas bill that I could buy so now I have to lower my budget. My conclusion, if you're walking down the street I I suggest you walk in. Now if you see any of their online ads I suggest you flag and report them and stay away from that store that's trying to bring you in with low prices, high expectations, and lies.
