Capital One Bank Gaston Ave, Dallas

Totally confused by some of the reviews. I love this branch. They are fast and friendly. I have experienced nothing but positives since dealing with this bank and branch. The only negative I have is the ATM has issues with deposits quite frequently. I work nights so I sleep during bank hours and depend on making deposits thru the ATM, but that is definitely not a BRANCH problem. Kelp up the good work. I love my bank.

My experience with Holly Hitch was totally professional and she provided excellent services. I really appreciate Ms. Hitch professionalism and support by helping me with Refinancing Car Loan. I wish I could give a 0 capital one doesn’t care about they’re customers I had a duplicate transaction go through on Apple Pay from my capital one card and capital one will not dispute it the transaction happened on my wedding day and they do not care I keep telling them I can show proof it was a duplicate but they keep telling me to call apple and apple can’t do anything because it’s coming from my bank card this is the third time capital one has declined a dispute so if u want all your money stay away from capital one they do not care about their customers at all

The company sent me out a new card due to fraud activity, i then proceeded to use Zelle to send funds then THEIR system advised me to give a # to make sure its me. I did that multiple times without their system advising me that i only had 10 trys to do so. So they proceeded to lock my account and now i am unable to transfer funds to another account. No one not even a manager could assist me, 02/15/21-02/17/21 Dallas,Tx closest branch is closed due inclement weather as well we are without running water and electricity due to weather, and all the Associates & Managers i spoke with verbally stated that there was nothing that they could do. i am very dissatisfied & angry with the company as a whole.

Thoroughly disappointed by the service I received. I was assured that my transaction would not incur a fee, and they charged me anyway. When I mentioned what I was told, it was like talking to a wall. Their own customer care team could not reach this branch to discuss this fee that I was charged. It’s ridiculous.

Hours of operation show 9-5 at the branch however they have the doors locked to where you are not able to enter the branch to tend to matters like fiduciary documents. Tried going through the drive thru however they have all signs on each lane set to closed at 11:00 in the morning. The bank employees are just staring at the customers without explaining what the issue is or how to get service. I drove way from Cedar Hill to this location and can’t even get my matter addressed. I am not trying to perform ATM tasks. I need to submit fiduciary and POA documents. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with a financial institution that isn’t competent enough to understand that their customers keep the business alive. Branch manager won’t answer any calls and is telling me that the fiduciary agent form is not available through capital one bank

Has to be the laziest staff I've ever seen at a bank. They know nothing about customer service if it's face to face.

We waited over an hour in the lobby to open a new checking account!! Once we were finally taken the Representative had nothing to offer us and was really not customer service based. No apology for the long wait, nothing! I am a person who reads reviews, submits them often and have worked in customer service my entire career. I would never recommend this branch with what I saw , heard and dealt with yesterday. If Capital One wants to have more customers, more qualified people who are customer service trained need to be employed here! I love the service I get on the credit card side,however, the banking side doesn't match up!!

Worst bank ever! Nothing works online. Branches closed everywhere. Customer service talks in circles. Worst bank ever! This bank is a circus and we are the clowns.
