UnBank Check Cashing & Loans- North Minneapolis at Merwins W Broadway Ave, Minneapolis

I brought my 15 year old daughter to cash her very 1st Check and they talk to her and made her feel important and explained everything to her. My daughter is very shy and she can’t stop talking about the ladies there. The manager and the staff both took time and care with my daughter. Thank you for making her 1st experience One she felt very good about. Great Service ladies

The one star is for the nice Lady with the purple hair and glasses very nice but the old lady who yells at everybody about wearing a mask when she isn't wearing one herself 0 Stars very rude other than that if you want to give away your money I would never cash anything at this place unless it was absolutely necessary even if every bank was closed in the state of Minnesota LOL shop at your own risk worse unbank in Minnesota PERIOD...... just saying

Well I was treated bad by two lady's they read my papers that I had to get fax off and I was charge and they didn't seems my information there very racist I ask the clerk why are you reading info she said she have to read it to get the fax number reading my mail I said I wouldn't do that to your mail the other read my social and told it to the other lady so she take my money and sent half of my paper that didn't go through I had the fax number to give to her they make me feel very uncomfortable

One problem so far yes they do get busy and sometimes short staff but I have been to a lot of places where that happens .....my one problem is there was only one lady at work alone and she left to go get lunch her note said back in ten but I waited in a cab for 22 mins smh ......I didn't know who to be upset with....rather the owner for short staff or the worker that didn't show up for work but I can't be mad at the lady that had to break for lunch even though it coated me 27 dollars for a cab ride that only cost five bucks the lady said sorry but hey I still owed the cab driver I couldn't go anywhere else I have been cash my checks here for over five years and this is my worst complaint.......

They are horrible people the manager Tina is racist she barley want to cash black ppl checks. They take money from their employees checks if they make a mistake and give a customer too much money they garnish their checks like they don't make enough money already off the customers with their high fees very poor customer service I had a bad experience working there with the employees. Rude individuals period. No stars!

Everything went very smoothly when I brought my sister up there for a loan now I am asking I have my ebt card for food can I get some cash instead
