Unbank Company Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis

Very helpful and friendly. 5 more stars for katy and the unbank crew at the hennepin store in mpls., I just received a call that my requested transaction records are ready for me to pick up at the st. paul store because I mentioned to her that is the store I do business at regularly because I live in st. paul and it's just a mile away from me rather than 10 miles to the hennepin store, that's customer service!, didn't expect them for a few days but it ended up being a few hours, bravo!, very refreshing, kudos, thank you, jerry.

Had never been to an UnBank before visiting today, and I was pleasantly surprised and will be returning. Terensiano was efficient but also friendly and positve, which is my definition of excellent customer service. I appreciated that he explained what he was doing while he was working and made things very clear for me at the end, because I had utilized several services at once (cashed a check, uploaded cash to my prepaid card, & bought several money orders). At first, I felt a bit apprehensive because the line looked long and only one window was open, but within 10 minutes max I was served. Overall, much better compared to other check-cashing places I've been to in South Minneapolis- faster service, more comfortable lobby, and more servies available.

I am not certain why people are negative about this place? They have always shown good customer service skills to me. The only reason I didn't give it a 5, is because I wish they would open at 7AM. dennis PS> DT mpls location

They always remember me and are very quick even if there's a lot of people in line. Only wish they were open til 7 on Sundays

How the heck they say they opened online from 1 tp 7 pm and I get there the sign says ipen but there closed and on the door they hours say they close at 5 today but online it say they open on googlr maps smh

This site on Hennipen Ave, is the best check cashing store in the Twin Cities. The customer service is awesome. They treat you like your part of there family and I've never seen anyone treat a customer bad in any way.

Called to ask what gift cards they accept, said they have a book of what they do, I asked if they accepted a specific vendor and the woman said she didn’t know, I asked her if she could check and she said no, I asked why and she replied “because I’m busy, you’d have to come to the store” I asked her how she would be able to look it up if I was in the store but not on the phone and she replied, “cause then I’d have too.” So, if you’re interested in garbage customer service, you’ve found the place

May.4,2020 I went to the unbank downtown mnpls, too send 50.00 to my nephew which is in Texas. He never received the $50.00. so I went back to the unbank to c what going on with the money. The manager sold my 50 dollars.

This place is hit or miss with customer service. they are either respectfully and private about your services or out right rude and loud and unprofessional
