I called and asked many questions and even though Shardae sounded busy helping customers she was still able to give me a great customer phone experience. I went there towards the last hour of the day and she helped me applied and approved. She did an awesome job and was very professional. She seemed like someone whom I would love working with. Shes a great asset to the company and I'm glad that I went there.

The lady at the front desk waited till I walked in to tell me she was about to eat her food before serving me . Nobody else was there to serve me . Had to wait 30 mins for service ! Worst unbank ever . Shut it down .

It pains me to even provide this place with one star. I wasn't expecting much from the place, but I honestly had a horrific experience. It makes me incredibly nauseous to think that people profit from institutions such as these. I reluctantly attempted to use UnBank's services to help my stepdaughter cash a Christmas check from her Grandpa on a weekend (no open banks) , but the teller was so obnoxiously idiotic that she single-handedly rendered it impossible for us to cash the check, thereby depriving UnBank from pocketing their criminal 10% fee. I'm just angry with myself for allowing the experience to occur. Perhaps my stepdaughter will avoid such future circumstances as a result of our escapade. I can't imagine this "teller" enjoys her job - nor do I blame her - but she was simply a nasty individual. I sincerely hope her life improves.

The staff is very friendly...If you go on Fridays try mornings or midday. After 2 it gets a bit busy, but has its pockets of quiet time.

Quality, and professional services at this branch. Especially Shardae, she's exceptional

I usually frequent the unbank to get my faxes in to my employment in a timely fashion and everytime Sharda has always been so pleasant to myself and my family. She is a very dedicated worker and often times work alone and moves her lines efficiently with no hesitation. Great worker to have and hope unbank appreciates her just a bit more!!!

The service is amazing , everytime I go to cash my check everything goes fine and the attitude is positive and smiles everytime. The cashier Sharda is my favorite worker everytime I come in, she makes my day and always leaves with a smile ! She’s absolutely amazing ❤️! Perfect cashing place

This is a great place to cash your check if your bank is closed on a holiday. Shardae gave us exceptional customer service. I definitely recommend this place!

Went in on Sunday to cash check never done this before and the cashier was very nice. There is a fee but it’s a business. Very fair would go back
