    Very poor customer service. Rarely able to get ahold of an actual person. Two days in a row been put on hold for 30 minutes each time and I still have been unable to reach someone. I'm closing my account today. Should not have to go to the bank to take care of something. If I could give zero stars I would.

    We've had about 10 years of experience with Umpqua and with the reviews about customer service I just decided to rate and speak up about the customer service. We've had issues on and off with our account and bad charges. We've always had them solved with courtesy and respect. I believe that any bad service is few and far between.
