Umpqua Bank Ne Town Center Dr, Hillsboro

I've never had a bad experience with this bank. They're always very friendly and helpful. They give you a chocolate with your receipt and they bake cookies on Fridays. They also have dog treats for the customers' fury friends. Great company!

I banked her for a few months. I found them to be a little outdated in services. They claim to be the world's best bank. They have a really high turn over. In the few months I banked their my branch had two different managers and the staff changed out entirely. They current manager at the time of this review was a very rude industrial I had an issue with some unexpected fees and he had no desire to help. He put off a fake corporate attitude. Not what you would expect to get from a local credit union. Over all there are far better banks and this bank pretends to be a small friendly bank but when it comes down to it, its all a show.

Absolutely the worst banking experience I've ever had in my life, there is no communication nor notation taken to communicate between staff members.

Sketchiest bank experience I have ever had.

This place is awful and have never had any sort of good experience here. They caused so many issues in the past with a debit card. However, now they have stolen about $700 from my account and refuse to give it back. I’m canceling my account here immediately and ever banking here again

I love the service at this branch. Everyone is so helpful and they always know your name before you even tell them. This is how banking should be done!

Easily the sketchiest bank experience I have had. I didn't know places like this still exist.

They treated me very well and always with a smile, they were kind and attentive.
