Your hours are terrible!! Drive thru should be open at 8am...I arrived at 8:50 today to cash & check & couldn't because I was told you don't ipen until 9...so I now can't bank before or after work??? Time to find a bank that is customer friendly I guess....terrible decision, definitely not customer service oriented.

I called this morning to ask some questions about the activity that was showing on my online banking account. I spoke with Martha who was beyond helpful and very polite! She went above and beyond to help me solve my issues. I have been so impressed with the level of customer service that is given at this UMB location. I work in Boonville and live in Columbia and I will continue to use the Boonville UMB rather than the Columbia UMB.
