Teresa what's more than professional she was extremely phenomenal. We came from another check cashing place who refused to do even the basics in the basic checks in order to cash our check. Upon walking to the door we were immediately greeted and from then on out was treated extremely professional kind which is what we did not get from the previous check cashing place. she went above and beyond took every single measure to make sure that we were protected and she was protected and the check was cashed without incident. I will never in my life go anywhere else other than here to lend nation. I came in office to try an cash a check, but I guess they couldn't get it verified due to the company that issued the check was closed, Sheree gave me assists on other check cashing places and even made a few calls to them because my phone was about to die. She was very helpful and nice.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. These people had me wait over 45 minutes to cash my check that had been mailed to me from my insurance company for totaling my car. The check had been voided but I was never told that. They lied to me and said they were verifying the funds when they actually called the police on me. Police came and verified I was telling the truth about where the check came from and who sent it to me. They could of simply told me the check was voided and that they were not able to cash it and to call my insurance. Sneaky and unnecessary!

All the girls are very good, gets me my money needs. Very quick at responding. Recommend to anyone.

when they take you're payments right out of your bank but the clerk claims you were late.... sees it wasnt you're fault because an employee forgot to run it the night they were supposed to... Happened in October... now on my last payment in the new year they are claiming I have to pay that late fee... Anyone knows when you do business and are late on a payment... it comes out of your next payment.. They are scamming. Same place that got robbed with a 5 inch thick bullet proof glass and a button to let you in the building ... Save your time and energy folks
