Ulster Savings Bank Main St, Gardiner

All right, following the suggestion on a sign inside the bank, I am leaving this review. Ulster Savings is an excellent local bank and I have had accounts here for years. This branch is always cheerfully decorated, displays local art and the employees are consistently friendly and helpful. Low/no fees and excellent service, what else would you want from a bank?

Highly efficient, rapid and professional service by the branch manager Jared Cole. We could not be more satisfied by our unscheduled visit here.

Too bad this branch is not open on Saturdays...but the staff and their service is outstanding! Always there, ready to help with any problem, efficient and pleasant down to earth people! Wouldn't want to go to any other branch!!

This used to be my home. They turned it into a bank. So many memories there. My parents got married in the living room walking through the front door to the right in 1997. I have pictures. Then the master bedroom was to the left, there was a door to go upstairs. Down the hall was a bedroom my sister and I shared on the left. Straight was the kitchen and to the right was my brothers room just passed the basement door. The basement had so much history. The hidden doors inside we found. Plus it has an original outhouse and well on property and the old barn in the back that was burned in a fire. The place is haunted by Mable. Weve done so much history research on that house. It's called the Deio [ pronouced Day-oh, not sure if I am spelling it right, it's been a while] house.

Staff are consistently kind, direct, and helpful. Nothing but pleasant experiences at this bank. :)
