Ulster Savings Bank Main St, New Paltz

Great bank - we've been with them 20 years. Wonderful staff that work to do the best for customers. Just had a wonderful experience with Andrew Paino in the New Paltz branch. Very helpful!!!

The Assistant Manager (Melissa Gay) at the New Paltz branch is amazing in so many ways!! My mother has banked at Ulster Saving Bank for 43 years!! She is 89 years old and I’ve now had to help her with her banking. Melissa took the time and sat with me to cover many banking questions I have with this new role I’ve taken on. She was very patient, knowledgeable, empathetic and a great listener. Two thumbs up Melissa!! Ten stars in my book!

I love my bank I love my bank I love my bank. Truly a blissful experience every time. Love the bank staff as well they are beautiful people inside and out. When I have any questions they have answers/Solutions. USB is way better than any other bank. These folks are dedicated To the towns people and local businesses. I arrived with less than a minute to spare and Every last bank associate was pleased to assistance me in my time of need. I left a very large National bank and I’ve never been happier. And it’s not just this branch every bank is filled with the same customer services based professionalism. I am at home when I bank here. I recently had a great experience at this bank. In a world were sometimes good customer service is lacking, this bank not only offers a whole range of financial services but combines it with friendliness and personal attention to each customer. Ms. Kristina Finger, the Branch Supervisor, was one such person that I had the pleasure of meeting. She answered all of my questions and concerns in an caring and professional way. My whole day went well after that experience. I would give Ulster Savings Bank 10 stars if I could.

I had Mrs. Miller help me set up a new checking account. Being alone & a teenager, i was nervous doing this on my own, but she made the process so easy! She helped me pick out a plan good for me and showed me how to access the app. She was quite wonderful! Thank you so much!

I've been banking here for over ten years now and I'm very happy with my experiences there. Greg at the New Paltz location helped greatly with setting our mortgage up when we were buying our home. When doing banking inside, the lines move quick for the tellers and they're always helpful and friendly. They also have a great change machine that doesn't charge members for counting coins. I'd recommend going here for a good community bank, instead of the mega banks.
