UKRFCU - Ukrainian Selfreliance Federal Credit Union Bustleton Ave, Philadelphia

This is THE credit union to go to for beyond excellent customer service, banking, and loan needs. We feel like we are members of the family each time we come in. Excellent customer service is met with prompt, competent, and efficient service every time. In our experience, this is something that other institutions do not come close with. All of our needs are always met with all details made absolutely clear. The branch management headed by Oksana and her wonderful staff are the mark and perfect example of how a credit union should operate. Very highly and absolutely recommended.

This is one of their two branches I often use for my banking needs. Unlike some larger banks in the area it has extended working hours so it's convenient for me to stop by after work and it also has a drive-through window. Overall I always feel welcomed there.

I have been a member for at least 24 years now..great service, very good mortgage and loans rate....online banking is easy....what's not to love? Highly recommend this credit union! And I know they continuously working hard on additional improvements to deliver even better banking experience.

Bankers are very unprofessional. Came in earlier this week to apply for a mortgage, and had to deal with Mrs. Nataliyas S. "boss" attitude. She could not answer most of my questions and every time I have asked something she would speed dial someone and ask. After all necessary documents submitted I was trying to call and confirm that everything was received. Left few voicemails, but no response until now. Probably very busy decorating the Christmas tree.

I'm Made appointment at afternoon 08/10/20. When I came at my time no body did't know about my appointment. Some woman accepted me (with not long haire) she was sitting at the table in the hall. She invited us to sit down at the table. I sat down and introduced myself to her, to which she did not answered and did not introduce herself. We started ask our questions, she is not answer on our questions and ask us: "do you have account with us"? I'm answer "NO yet", she said "you can found all info on our web side. I said I want ask you about my questions for understand all correctly. She said again "You can found all info vie web side and she said we don't giving a loan for new members". I'm ask can you help us? She sed again:" you can found all info via web side!" On this moment I understood she doesn't want help us and I ask: (maybe I need go away ?) She said "YES we have a lot people" and she took other guy. I was completely confused and offended! If you are not a client and speak Russian, even from Ukraine, you do not deserve attention and respect ??? I do not recommend Ukrainian Bank to Bustleton. ave. I hope this information will reach the management team and they will take action. After that I went to the same bank only on Street Rd and there I got answers to all my questions. I"m recommend the bank on Street RD. So friendly stuff, Thanks. P/S 14425 Bustleton ave You are losing customers!!!!

I bought my first home with them. Still banking there. Experienced and knowledgeable staff. It helps that they speak Ukrainian Russian and English...

Very professional people working here. In time of pandemic when almost every banks are closed and working by appointment only, They open every day and no need appointments to come in. Offering so many services online and in branches. Highly recommended!!

I don’t understand why UKRFCU is getting so many negative reviews. I have been a client for the past 10 years and never had any issues. I got 2 car loans, 1 mortgage, personal and business accounts with them. Staff is very friendly, responsive and quick. I work as a real estate agent and always suggest to my clients to get mortgage through UKRFCU, since they have the best rates, no excessive fees and in most case scenarios loans close in 30 days. There is no need to review this amazing credit union negatively if potential clients qualifications are not meeting certain criteria, it’s not the bank’s fault.

I’ve been a member of the credit union for 20 years. Every mortgage or loan transaction has been smooth and efficient. The staff goes out their way to make sure everything is done correctly!

Great customer service and thorough explanation with anything involving your account. Also the female there speak multiple languages. Only place I bank.
