What happened to being a convenient bank? The hours stink, what bank closes at 1 o'clock in the PM on a Saturday, there is no convenience about this bank anymore, it's time to change backs! TD has really gone downhill... Plus always have tellers that don't know what they are doing! Stop switching ppl around all the time!

This specific branch was good. Have been depositing business checks there for a few years, always signed a certain way. One day they just stopped accepting it the certain way it was signed. The tellers have definitely changed, and so has there attitudes towards costumers. Would recommend going to another TD branch.

Extremely unhappy with Td bank. NO customer service on phone or in person. Who wants to be on hold for an hour or be disconnected? Also, poor options on automatic services. I am ready NOW to find a new bank.. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. Very frustrated.

The branch manager was harassing and unhelpful! He was condensenidng and put a hold on my funds for reasons he explained he didn’t have to tell me!! Then he said he is sorry I️ was going to have a bad weekend but he wants to help me because hats what he does help people. My car was totaled and received a total loss check from Geico and he proceeded tot ell me that I️ looked very good despite the accident and he would like for me to come into the branch more often. Mr KIMBLE LEWIS YOU ARE A PIG WHO ABUSES YOUR AUYHORITY AND WERE HATRSSING IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER ! I️ will see you in court I️ have every intention of pursuing legal action against you Kimble Lewis is a sexist pig who gives TD a bad name I’ve been with the bank for years

I had bad customer experience here. I didn’t liked how they represented me. But I think it was also my fault because The person who represented me was older than me and I didn’t respected her age. I realized it late and get mad at the worker earlier. But I didn’t say something bad or I wasn’t rude to her, I just asked to get $100 all new but she answered in a different voice to me and I didn’t liked.

Ask for Hannah. I worked with Hannah for several different banking needs and she was great. She was extremely caring and professional. She also has a great personality, not your typical boring banker attitude. She kept in touch through phone calls and emails to me to make sure everything was going smooth and as planned. Highly recommend..

The teller behind the desk as well as the customer service individual who I was told to see were extremely RUDE! The teller actually ignored me for a good 5 minutes as I was the only person in line. I have become less and less impressed with TD Bank.

Worst workers and worst super rude black racist “manager” Mike! Almost an hour wait to get assistance and I was the only customer. I wish I could give them ZERO.

Horrible customer service, the worst td bank experience, not enough staff, if you want to see the manager- forget it, he is never there! Couldn’t help resolve simple task.
