UFirst Credit Union S Highland Dr, Holladay

I do not bank directly with UFirst; though, they are a credit union network shared branch. I use them to deposit funds into the credit union that was local to my previous living area. Always helpful and friendly. There's never a long wait.

This is the bank I frequent most often. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review until Jordan Hardman, a bank teller there. He was the definition of customer service. His manners were great, he explained everything so well and went above and beyond the norm. I felt super confident and knowledgeable about what he was helping me with. It’s representatives like him that make u credit u such a great bank to work with. Thank you Jordan!

No service at the drive up window for >5 minutes although I could see the back of 3 employees. Gave me a hard time cashing a $190 check. Teller decided he had to call the insurance company, without saying anything, left me waiting >5 minutes. I've been cashing these checks for 6-7 months now, no previous concerns. Did I say I have >$50, 000 in savings...seriously, not much long!

Best bank ever but I keep getting declined for a credit card

I needed some help with some papers! And they were very helpful to my needs! She is a friend of mine that used to work at Sinclair gastation on Olympus hills mall! What a surprise that was to me! I am a customer there! She knows the manager! This person is a female, and shears glasses! Thank you very much for the help! Susan williams.

I have never had anything below a 5-star experience at this branch. The employees are all efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. This last trip Jordan took his time to walk me through my options and the processes to go through to make some changes to one of my accounts. Thank you UFCU staff!

The credit union is great but the ATM is made for trucks, not smaller vehicles. It is up too high. Plus the sun beams down and can't see the screen. My elderly mother has to park her car and get out and walk up to the ATM. Which is also a safety concern.

The Holladay branch is one of my favorite branches to visit. They are friendly, helpful, and get things done in a timely manner. I have never had a bad experience and want everyone to bank with them.

No ZEROOOOO STARS BECAUSE THEY HAVE 0 WAY TO HELP ME WITH MY CHECK BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT OF MONEY FOR THE HOLIDAYS. GOOD THING I DIDN'T TAKE AN UBER THERE BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE FREAAAAKED. SO MY PLANE TICKET IS GOING TO BE $75 EXTRA NOW FOR SAME-DAY. ARE YOU PAYING ME FOR THE DIFFERENCE, UFCU PIECE OF GARBAGE? I CAN'T EVEN EAT NOW I'M SO UPSET!!!!!! Oh and TYVM for locking the rear door and forcing me to TRUDGE AROUND BACK IN THE SNOW!
