I can't say enough good things about MACU and I was like, I have to give them a high five. I just went through the process of getting a car loan and I was reminded again and again why I love this credit union. Everyone is so friendly, competent, and helpful. This location is absolutely terrible. I pulled up to their branch drive up at 1:54 pm. I saw how they turned their lights off to "closed" at 1:55 pm. 6 cars total of those who were ahead of me and those that pulled up after me (before 2 pm) did not get served. We watched as their employees got into their cars at 2:04 pm and drove off. It is clear that they don't work until their closing hour and start counting down their tills ahead of time. I have yet to have one good experience at this branch. Every single time I visit their drive up the wait time is ridiculous. Simple transactions such as cash deposits and withdrawals should not take 5-10 minutes. The tellers don’t acknowledge your wait time and instead give you attitude. Some of them just really need a refresh on basic manners. I much rather take my business to America First where the service is friendly, fast and they actually stay open until the designated hours.

Brandy is an absolute rockstar. Had a terrible taste after the WVC branch, but she made this so easy. Went in with an issue and she had it resolved in minutes and had a great attitude! Will be back, just cause of her.

It doesn't matter if I am visiting a branch or calling customer service I always have a great experience. The tellers and fast friendly and efficient, and customer service on the phone is helpful and they take the time to explain in detail any questions I have. Thank you MACU for being a reliable and helpful banking option!

I went in to get a new debit card and Rachel was absolutely great to work with. While the lobby was very busy, they were doing everything possible to make sure everyone felt comfortable and welcome. Fantastic branch and Rachel was a Rockstar!

The SLOWEST DRIVE THRU EVER. It takes you 30 mins to get through. Do not go here if you don’t want to wait all day.

After 6 years and exceptional banking history they make it extremely difficult to raise my credit limit. It was easier to get a higher credit line at Chase without the hassle.

You know I’m really disappointed in the people that help me every week. They always give me half the information I need instead of the whole package and when they say they are going to do something they don’t. I just waited almost a month for the title for my car and called to find out they never released it like they said they did so now I have to wait two more weeks which really screwed the selling process for me.. I won’t be back to this branch when it comes to working with a loan officer.

Horrible communication I went to get a new card and one employee told me I needed my passport so I went to my house and grabbed my passport for only a new employee told me I couldn’t get the card and had two different things being told to me. I had wasted two trips for being lied to horrible communication fix it. The guy attending to me was very snarky as well to me
