UFirst Credit Union S Redwood Rd, West Jordan

Their customer service is impressively bad to where they don’t care and hope you don’t care enough to make them fix a mistake. Also they push online banking way too hard, this isn’t even my main banking institution, but they are the worst one lol. So of course I’m not going to get in deeper with them.

I love our Branch. They are friendly and helpful. Morgan even though she's the assistant manager always takes time to make us feel like we are her primary concern. The whole staff is friendly and feel like family. We will go out of our way to go to this branch over closer options.

We have been to this location twice in the past few months. We needed some checks, just for rent, and they requested that we go inside to get checks. Both times now multiple people have not been wearing masks, or wearing masks improperly. You can't keep a mask around your chin and then pull it up as you deal with customers. Especially if there is a gentleman behind the counter just walking back and forth without one even on his person. Masks are mandatory now, and if I have to come in wearing a mask, the bankers should be wearing them while in the building. If Lady GaGa can perform for four hours in a mask, you can wear a mask during an 8 hour shift while you talk about what pizza to order for lunch.

Great bank! My husband needed to be present to be added to my account. We had to rush after work to get there in time, and the girl was willing to work with us right up until closing without acting annoyed. That's rare 👍

I’ve had nothing but issues with this location, terrible customer service. I tried to go pay my car payment and needed to withdraw cash from the atm from my other bank, the atm was not working for me so I went inside to see if I could pay with my debit card, the girl seemed bothered by my presence told me there would be a $10 fee and then tried telling me to go to Cyprus credit union and withdraw money and then come back. Last month I had my check book and went through this drive through and was ignored for over 10 mins, I had to go inside to get service. I’m considering closing my accounts and refinancing my loans elsewhere because of this location.

I use the UniversityCU location near wherever I happen to be. To their credit (no pun intended) all of them seem to be run very well. I have had extremely courteous, knowledgeable people in all offices. Supervisors work with tellers more quickly and with more awareness than any financial institution I have worked with. I did a car loan at West Jordan that should have been a complicated mess but instead went smoothly, indeed. 5-Star ++ and much gratitude.

This credit Union is shockingly slow with their customer service. I have experienced this at literally every location that I've ever visited. It's almost like they train cashiers and loan officers to move as slowly as is humanly possible. Unless you enjoy spending a half hour to 45 minutes in a Drive-Thru, find a different credit union.

In the 15 years I’ve been “apart” of this credit union I’ve had a handful of good experiences. However, this location has the poorest customer service; and above all their bill pay is incredibly incompetent. After several hours wasted on the phone as this credit union doesn’t take responsibility for the outside company they’ve hired for their bill pay services, tracking down payments that have been withdrawn from my account but not applied to my bills, and $45.68 in late fees due to no one knowing why my payments are all of a sudden not being sent to the correct address, I’m finally going to another credit union who is accountable for their services.

I have been using this West Jordan location for 18 years, and have always been very pleased with their excellent customer service! Lana, the manager, is very friendly, and professional, and always takes the time to help me when I have financial questions. Her staff is very friendly and helpful, and I appreciate everyone of them! Thanks to all!!

Great service when open. However it is super annoying that I can only deposit cash when they're open. I work during their open hours and can't ever deposit money without going out of my way. What's the point if having an atm if I can't deposit money after hours?
