Why do I have an account with a bank who can't give their own customers change for their business? Sent to another bank. And told they couldn't give change. When ufcu said they would. Thanks for the waste of my time.

Love this location. Staff are friendly, service is fast, and location is convenient.

Their New Mobile App is wretchedly horrible and cumbersome and will reject mobile check deposits long after you have shredded the check. Customer service line is a maze of over-burdensome auto-menus and long hold times. Do not recommend.
