Money & More Pawn FM150 W, Kyle

I went into Money & More Pawn in Kyle, Texas today, to sell some of my miscellaneous small pieces of gold and silver jewelry. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. A young man, Hector, helped me with my sale...explaining the evaluating and selling process. I was very pleased with the ending cash-to-me results. While I waited on my jewelry to be evaluated, I took the time to look at the jewelry they had for sale and found a very pretty pinkie ring...which I bought at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be returning to this store to sell future items I have and/or buy something I might want/need.

I've purchased over 5 firearms from them, had a layaway 2 weeks old with 100 dollars down. Found a better deal on the same gun, went to cancel the layaway and charged me 40 dollars for a restocking fee. Very disappointed. Lost my business.

I can’t believe I haven’t left a review for y’all. Honestly they have great staff and know how to give you the most money for your item your selling. Ms Chica ,John and other crew are friendly and have very great people skills. Just know that there busy with a lot things since this pandemic but they will do there best to help you find what your looking for. They have the best guns and great prices on other things like tools,rings,TVs,rifle,optics for your firearm,purses sometimes!!. Never been disappointed since I started doing business with them!!! Thank y’all for give me a great shopping experience.

Came in today for a firearms transfer and had a great experience, staff was friendly and very helpful, they have a good selection of firearms and ammo, with fair prices. Keep your money local and give this place a shot, if they don’t have what your looking for they can probably get it!

Very helpful staff! The store is clean and not sleepy looking or feeling like some pawn shops are. They have fair prices and are flexible on most things. They really try to get to know their frequent customers.

A Great, clean, organized, welcoming store and Staff. I have been doing business with them for two plus years now. I always stop and see them first prior to buying new. Quick, easy and inexpensive FFL transfers. Only place I'll go for that. They even have some pretty knowledgeable staff when it comes to guns. Prices are decent, but definitely hit or miss. Some good deals if you're patient; many times the used prices are fair but include aftermarket accessories that make them a great deal. For reference I've done two FFL's and purchased a gun off the rack for them. A+ service and attitude!

Money More Pawn is hands down the only place I feel comfortable enough to pawn my items at if that's something I need to do at the time. Not only are they completely fair when it come to giving a loan but the employees who work there are awesome. My favorite person there , Hector, is extremely kind and when he speaks to us he somehow has a way of making us feel so comfortable and treats us as if he a old friend who we've known forever. He personally calls to remind us about our loan of our last day of grace is nearing. He's knowledgeable about the merchandise that's on the floor for sale and if I ask him about something and he recommends it, he's spot on. From the electronics & watches I've bought there to the customer service I receive to the fairness on loans I've been given this place is the best. It is hands down the only pawn shop I will go to. I have never had any kind of negative experience there and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for loan or to anyone looking for used items and a decent price. They wouldn't sell anything that's unreliable or even looks like it's had a rough life.

They Offers you dirt for your stuff and ask for top dollar on everything this isn’t a real pawn shop it’s more like a retail store. Girls are the only ones with any real customer service skills. Doubt I’ll ever be back

I have all my weapons sent here to pick and and transfer. Not to mention purchase some well priced weapons they have in stock. On my last pick up I was greeted by the owner long before I made it to the counter. When I left and opened the box at home I saw that Mischa/Meeshca "sorry if I butchered the name" gave me a free box of 20!! Most appreciated! Probably the best pawn shop in a 200 mile radius. #MoloLabe

If you want a great selection of Jewelry, tools and guns, at a fantastic price, this is the place. Let me add that I have never had better customer service than the Money & More staff has showed my family. You know they care about their customers especially when you freak out because they remembered your name after only visiting a few times.

JOHN is the man! He has been helping my husband and I for well over two years and we can honestly say that every encounter and conversation we have with John is a pleasant one. It really is not like any other pawn shop I have been to in my life. It's like we are family. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy. They are the definite ones to go to for any jewelry or weapon purchase..

This store by far is the best Pawn/Retail shop i have been to in Kyle. The owner and staff always greet me (and other customers as well) as i walk-in the door. The prices are well below retail and i always seem to find what I’m looking for. I went from purchasing a lot of goods to selling back some due to a layoff at work. They always ask what i need and try their hardest to get to my goal. I can’t say enough good things about the Money and More crew. All i know is that my family and i will never go to another pawn shop again and will never pay retail for anything.. That’s why I keep coming back.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! M & M Pawn advertised an item online that interested me so I drove to the store to examine it. Showed the clerk their online picture and he directed me to the item. It matched the serial number in the picture online and I decided to purchase. I was then told the purchase price was almost double in price than what was advertised online. The manager would not honor the online price even though the serial numbers matched. False advertising and unethical business practices. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This has NOTHING to do with the drive. The exact item you advertised online was still in your store as the serial numbers matched and you refused to sell it at the price advertised. This has EVERYTHING to do with the dishonest shady business ethics you and your store practice. Shame on you.
