U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union E Main St, Farmington

I love US Eagle!! I highly recommend everyone to use this credit Union. I’ve been with them for 6 years and have never had any issues The people there are always so friendly, and very helpful for all your needs!!

I really appreciate Tricia Mangum's help in setting up my new checking and savings accounts. She led me to the better choice in a checking account that several levels of security built on. It really works great. I can't even get acess to my.accounts LOL. I'm sure I will get help with that today!!

Every time we go to the credit union, we leave with a smile on our face. The ladies take great care of us and truly make us feel special.

When you call to the Farmington bank, they take forever answering calls. We, customers may not be that important! Currently on the phone just waiting for someone to answer. It's been over 10 minutes...

So far, not a good experience. USEagle helped me purchase a car back on 4/17/21 with my 1st payment due 6/1/21. I went to pay my bill on 5/31/21 and they did not send me my full acct number with my payment coupons. I tried to call and the after hours rep informed me I had to call during normal business hours. I do except my part of the responsibility for not being able to call during normal business hours but what really irritates me is with my other 2 banks I have gone through someone from their loan department would call me to communicate with me such as verify I am purchasing the loan, go over loan payments, acct number information, online banking info and give me the loan officer number to call if I have any questions or issues and information about their bank followed by all this information via postal mail. From USEagle I received payment coupons, and a letter from the CEO/ President. NO PHONE CALL, NO ONLINE BANKING INFO. NOTHING. I don't know if I can handle this bank and I'm thinking of trying to get back with either Coloramo FCU or Araphoe because both their customer services were INCREDIBLE.

Incompetent people work here. Came in a while ago for a auto refinance. I explain thoroughly exactly what I’m looking for, and they said it’s exactly what they offer. They got me to fill application and pull my credit, and then they told me they don’t offer what I needed. What the hell? Hit my credit to increase your application numbers?

I have seen some of the reviews and I wasn't there so I can only speak from my experience. Every time I have gone there I have had nothing but a good experience. With the exception of the Rent A Cop they had for a brief time... But that is another story. The ladies have always been super helpful, friendly, and attentive. I have had no issues with any of the loans I have with US Eagle, nor has there ever been a problem with any transactions. I would recommend this branch any day.

Thanks to US Signal for our latest visit we appreciate the help on this I'm getting us through paperwork and getting things signed off you're always there for us when we need help with something that in itself is worth an awful lot thank you

Everyone is helpful and super friendly. What customer service should be like everywhere!! OUTSTANDING..

Company keeps automatically taking out insurance even though we have sent proof of insurance. Then you call the 800 number and can't ever speak to an actual person. Poor customer service.
