The Drive Through is ALWAYS super slow and slow at processing people’s transactions. I wish they would get more help to make the process quicker. Something that should only take me 5 minutes takes about a half hour to get through the process, in which makes me late for work. Please, please work on faster processing in your drive through.

The biggest regret in my life I had ever made is banking with this credit union. This financial institution does not help people. I have tried to seek help through them, not once have I been helped.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful at this location I started off with one account but I liked them so much I have brought more of my business to this credit union. Even the customer service of their employees when calling their toll free number has been great all of this with the exception of their branch manager, I had two short but unpleasant interactions with her that just left a bitter taste in my mouth needs much more training with her customer service and mannerisms when interacting with customers as well as when asking customers to step out of the branch because of the covid limits business’ now have.
