Patrick is a teacher, he wants his clients to understand the key details of their loan options, he is an advocate, he helped us shop for lower rates, and cheaper Title insurance, and he’s a great guy to talk to. We shopped around and his was also consistently the lowest rate. He’s the perfect lender as far as I can tell. I’ve recommended him to my close friends. Patrick did a phenomenal job helping my husband and I purchase our home in an extremely difficult sellers market. First of all, it was a holiday and Patrick was available immediately to talk and had my preapproved letter ready for me within hours after I sent him all the info (ie: I spoke with him I believe on a Friday and had the letter ready that Saturday when I went to see the house). We put an offer on the house that day and there were multiple offers on the home. Patrick was able to process all the paperwork I sent him and we had the mortgage 99% done that weekend while we went into a bidding war to get the home and Patrick was able to state our application was basically almost complete. He was absolutely outstanding and I highly recommend him. We seriously would not have our current dream home if he had not helped us. Additionally, he had the best rate/down payment deal by far. I cannot recommend him enough!
