We recently completed a refinance with Patrick Davis. Patrick always did a great job of keeping in good communication with us throughout, letting us know promptly when items were needed and checking in with us to provide status updates regularly during the more tedious times. From the beginning, Patrick was extremely thorough in providing us a comparative analysis of available options and really took the time to consider our long term goals when making recommendations. He quickly and thoughtfully responded to any of our questions or concerns along the way, even after closing, always with a calm and friendly approach. In this market, pre-approval and ability to close quickly are paramount.
