There are not enough thank yous to Kevin. He definitely has gone above and beyond for my family. Because of employees like him, i will continue to stay with US Bank. He was extremely professional, patient, helpful, efficient, and did what he could to assist with what I needed. I truly appreciate him and everything's he done for me.

Lobby routinely closes before closing time. Only open now four days per week. Not easy to work with staff. I can't wait to close my account.

Ive used this bank in 3 different states and was shocked when I drove 40 miles to visit this branch on a (Friday) that they now close (even the drive through) at 4pm. I can't bank that way so I'm closing my accounts there.

Update: an entire year later and it isn’t any better. For every 10 times I try to use the atm, MAYBE one time it’s working. They’re not open to service the majority of working people. They don’t answer phones. I’ve been trying to deposit money into my account for DAYS. So today, I’m taking the money and using it to open an account somewhere else. Absolute worst. It seems it’s gone completely downhill since the new branch manager took over, plus she’s terribly rude. ATM either never works or is out of money. Reduced hours despite other banks in the area functioning at normal hours so if you work 8-4:30, good luck.

I absolutely love the teller's! BUT closing the lobby AND THEN corporate cutting the drive thru hours too???? C'mon US Bank!!! Drive thru doesn't open until 9:30am and closes at 4pm...I don't know if you're aware of this but most people are at work by 8am and get off at 4:30pm if they're lucky! Be helpful to your customers. We have plenty of banks in this town with better hours.
