I had a great experience. The woman who helped me, I believe her name Savannah, was very knowledgeable. I'm still very new to the refinancing thing and don't quite understand exactly how it all works. I must've asked her 15 questions pertaining to refinancing in general (None of which were questions having to do with MY personal loan) and she answered all of our questions, even the dumb ones with a smile on her face, what a trooper. Every other employee in the office seemed very friendly as well. Very positive feel in the room. Thanks Sun Loan!
