    My father has maintained his account here for over twenty years. Recently we wanted to add myself to his account. The policy of this bank has been changed since the alleged Covid, so we had to make an appointment. After meeting with a representative & providing him with my personal information, he only then informs us that he cannot even perform the service we are there for. We must make yet another appointment. Therefore, we do so for the following week. We show up to this second appointment & after about ten minutes - it becomes apparent that he is having some sort of technical computer issues. He tries getting assistance from a coworker with no success. The incompetence level was too much for me to bare, plus my elderly father is not in a position to sit at a desk chair for long periods of time. We are now closing his account & starting a new account at a different local bank. US Bank is a sham and waste of time.

    Us bank gets 1 star! All branches closed on Saturdays except Camdenton. It was just sunrise beach and Versailles. Now it’s Osage beach and eldon too! Makes its very inconvenient to do banking! I drove 45 minutes to get there. When I arrived The line was backed all the way up to the road. All lanes were full! I get up to the window and THERE WAS ONLY 1 PERSON WORKING! She was very nice and apologetic for my frustration. I told her it’s sad us bank would leave her like this ON A SATURDAY! My husband Will be pulling his business from us bank. But I feel like that girl should get some recognition because she was working as fast as she could. But that didn’t stop her from getting yelled at by people in other lanes while I sat there waiting! It’s not her fault that this bank would leave there people so short handed!

    US Bank is corrupt and unethical, despite what their big plastic banner on the wall screams. Employees are incompetent, arrogant, and demeaning toward customers, and exhibit a total lack of concern and respect. When I drove an hour to this branch to complete an important transaction, they told me, after I had been there for 45 minutes, they could not help me because the manager had the required form locked up and she was “out sick” for the day. They told me I had to drive to another branch, or return the next day. When I suggested maybe they go to another branch to get the necessary form, they said they could not do that. Ty Moellendorf then shut the door to her office, with me inside, presumably so other customers could not hear the problem, though I was neither loud nor vulgar in any way. They had no problem inconveniencing me and wasting my time, and were not willing to put themselves out or apologize. I am closing all accounts and moving to another bank.

    I banked with them for over 20 years and was treated like garbage every time I needed something from them. This is the worst branch ever.

    Went through drive through this morning and forgot to put the account number on the deposit slip. I told in a rude manner that I forgot to put the account number on it and asked if I would like to have it back to put the number on. Since the lady was being rude and failed to provide a good customer service I asked to to send it back and left. I have been banking with US Bank for about thirty years and this is only the second time I have received less that superior customer service.

    I guess US Bank will let you cash anyone's checks with out there signature.

    I felt I should commend the #USBank at Camdenton, Mo for treating me so well yesterday afternoon, a total stranger at that bank. I went in not looking my normal ravishing self ;) . Having work done at my house is a bit awkward & difficult. I was into day 3 of no shower (water was off for a little remodeling), hair unbrushed, hanging in strings & rats in it. My clothes looked like I'd been on an 8-day-drunk & my fingernails were dirty. I looked (I'm sure) like something the cat dragged in, then dropped. I'm pretty sure when I stepped in the door one of them hit the panic button. THAT'S how BAD off I was. I kid you not. They were as friendly to me as if I had stepped out of a limo & strolled across the floor dressed to the nines. SO NICE to me I'm teary-eyed at this moment as I type. I was NOT looked down on or sneered at & I was not dissed as if I am the scourge of this Earth. I wanted to tell you how this made me feel about you. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart <3 (& the bottom of my bank account). p.s. The Hermitage Mo & Sedalia, Mo & Buffalo, Mo branches were equally as wonderful to me - kudos to all 3!

    If I could give less than one star I would in A heartbeat!This place is all for the employees and doesn't give a damn about there customers at all.I have had an account there for well over a year with a monthly direct deposit.this past Thursday I went in needing a blank check or some print out with my account and routing number for legal purposes...She informed me that with my account I dont have an option for checks",I always use yes ma'am no ma'am never swear or got upset" I said ok is there anything i can get or pay for a check?nope!cant help me that was all sge was willing to say!!!So i said ok well I guess I'll have to switch then"meaning stlye of account i had with them" and left.As soon as I left My account was closed and I didn't find this out untill two days later when my check wasn't deposited.I call the 800 number they transfer me to Camdenton branch telling me they don't know the reasoning that my locak bank had.long story short my check is bouncing around and I had to open a new account at a diffrent bank!!horrible people.I will be filling a claim about them.
