“Completely dead atmosphere!”. Most of the staff Seems to be not interested in what they are doing and in their job duties. When you walk in the bank most of the times staff dont greet, nobody’s excited to see you, you feel very low; Sometimes you will also feel a very rude experience from the staff. Experience yourself!

Terrible service! Refuses to waive bogus fees on a closed account from 3 weeks ago that should have never happened. Was told i have no proof even though the teller kept my debit card and said both accounts are closed. This account was closed in the first place due to a regular monthly fee that was never disclosed at the time of opening the account. Do not trust them!!!! They still will not give me anything in writing that the account is closed but sure want more money! !!!!!

Don’t go here if you have any actual banking to take care of. Went in to do a wire transfer at 9:50 and was turned away because the ONE person who does wire transfers had a conference call in 10 minutes.

Horrible experience Manager named Nikita Kibardin doesn’t know what he’s doing . Put a hold on my money for no reason , wasn’t able to give me a reason . When talking to him he couldn’t even look me in the eyes . Worse service I will be removing my account DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

The worst bank I have ever known! Their website states their weekday hours as 9-5, but I called many times at 4 and 4:30, but their automated voice message says, "Your called after hours." I sent them a message online, they answered once, and I asked another question, but they stopped responding. Today I came to the branch and was shocked: a customer is waiting at the teller's window, but there was not a single sole around, not one employee, no bankers, no tellers, nobody. 10 minutes later a teller showed up, and attended to that lonely customer for a long time, and by then there 4 clients waiting. 15 minutes later an employee from the back room , Michael Peterson, paused his job and helped me. In the other back room, Wealth Management, a guy (not Nikita who I met before and who seems to be a friendly banker) sat on the phone with his feet on his desk. And they had a cardboard statement upfront that US Bank was named "The most ethical bank." :-) Good news is that today I closed my account and will never put my foot in US Bank again.

Nancy at US Bank in Mundelein is the best. She is very courteous, thoughtful, and makes my banking experience a personal one. I've been banking here for over 9 years and she's one of the main reasons why.

This is the one bank I would not recommend to do any business with. Service is horrible. New employees needs training I understand. But other employees are worst. something has changed in the past few months they were ok but it has gotten worst. Management is terrible. I would recommend credit union in the area but not this branch. Save yourself time and money but DO NOT BANK HERE.

Worse bank, made an appointment at 3:30pm got here 3:20 and the door is locked even tho at the door says they close at 5pm, definitely taking my business to another bank.
