I had to switch to another Branch for 6 months oh, and they have messed up my account more than 3 times. My fiance said he was with US Bank for 16 years and he has had nothing but good things to say about your bank. I opened up a checking account and I was pleasantly pleased they gave me a debit card to use until my permit debit card comes in the mail. We made an appointment to open up a checking account on the phone. The appointment went over by 2:15 when the branches usually closed. But they said not to worry about it and I made me feel at ease. I will definitely be opening up more services like a savings account and a joint account when I get married to my fiance. I'm glad I decided to go with your bank because your is in many of the states that we travel through.

This review update is after I called customer service and they gave me an automated message system, and after I finally got someone on the phone they told me the exact same thing. I ask you again, what even is a bank for if not robbing you of interest. Also they close their lobby at like 2pm, which is beyond insulting, it's like people don't work during the day.

An overdraft fee is only charged if your account is left more than 5.00 at the end of the day. Any transaction that brought it negative would see a 36.00 fee the following morning. A family member was putting money into a account of mine, repaying what was borrowed. That is OK since he the account number to put it in but without their name on the account they shouldn't be recurring the account balance. The teller wasn't new to the job but has over 5yrs experience.

Went to get savings bonds cashed that are roughly 25 years old and they wouldn't cash them. Told me to go online. I ask what is the point of a bank if not for handling monetary services for people? Because I don't step foot in here otherwise, and I wouldn't recommend you either. They use your savings dollars to make their own interest.

We're changing banks for our business and personal accounts. We've discussed our countless problems with this branch numerous times. They just point to US Bank's 800 number, also no help.

Closes early and without notice. Tried calling and nothing. This isn't the first time with this branch. So frustrating when you only have a slim window of time to go. Most unprofessional branch I've ever dealt with. Corporate needs to be aware.

I do not bank here personally, but almost every business I've worked for has gone through this bank. The staff in the drive thru is almost always rude and I personable. I have maybe two ladies I see regularly that are actually nice and friendly. If given the choice I would bank somewhere else.
