We have been going to this branch for over 12 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I really want to thank Roberta who is an outstanding banker and person!! She is outstanding!

First, U.S. Bank is in decline and they just recently closed many locations in the area. Today, I spoke with a bank employee at this location and presented her with a check written to me personally from U.S. Bank. I asked her to cash it for me or at least convert it over to a cashier's check so that I have certified funds and she refused to do that also. This is the second time I've ever had a bank refuse to honor their own check; the first was another U.S. Bank location. Don't bank here...

My wife went in today to cash in a couple of EE Bond's and she was told that US Bank no longer cashes in bonds because of recent fraud. I understand that this decision was made at a corporate level and has nothing to do with this branch, however we are long time customers and have been cashing in bonds as they mature for the last 2 years. To be turned away like this is just unacceptable. I think it is time to find a new bank.

Tried to get equity line of credit and loan officers took 2 months!! They don't get back with calls and lose paperwork. Worked with manager Karen and a guy loan officer. They appraised my house at 210k ,20k lower then market and denied my equity line of credit. Threw my house on the market two days later and it sold for 230k first day on market!! We wanted to keep our house and fix it up but working with this company was such a horrible experience! Don't use them!
