    Bad customer service. I arrived on the drive through 5 min prior to closing with 2 vehicles on front of me. When I got to get the container the lady said they were closed and I told her I been on line and she said they did not see me on line. Clearly I was on the camaras on line. Just bad customer care. Never going back this branch again.

    I went to deposit 211$ in cash to the atm outside, and when I couldn’t fit all of it inside I only put half which was 160$ in cash and it couldn’t even read it so it tried to give me back some bills and it only gave me 10$, so I say okay it must’ve deposited the 150 that I put in and keep in mind that it gave me no receipt and didn’t even ask if I was finished with my deposit! So I go around again and deposit the rest of my cash money and I get a receipt for the second deposit so at that point I know something is up, I go inside and ask for help and the clerk tells me to come back tomorrow and file a complaint or something! So essentially since I have no receipt of the 1st deposit I just lost or got robbed of 160$ of my hard work! So now I have to go back and try to get my money back because of some bogus ATM.

    We signed in to open an account. Not a "welcome", not a "we'll be right with you". Waited 20 minutes and not a single acknowledgment. There were two tellers gossiping there and saw us sitting and waiting but wouldn't acknowledge us. Poor customer service.

    I've been a customer for 6 years, usually using different branch with no issues, but this one was closer to work for this time. So on March 2nd I take lunch and come to deposit some cash to my checking account. I show up with my US bank debit card, Drivers license , which expired on March 1st and a FOID card valid till 2026... and what do I hear from Araceli Avelar ? That for prevention of money laundry I CANNOT deposit my cash to my own account, even being present in person, UNLESS I have a VALID state ID, DL or passport.... I call customer service line and sure enough they confirm that it's their policy and if I don't like it or agree they have no problem closing my account , by the way NO DOCUMENTATION IS NEEDED for that AT ALL... they'll just mail me a check with the funds.... needless to say , today is March 3rd and I closed my 4 accounts and moved with another bank that doesn't enforce such stupid policies...

    Worst bank ever always waiting in line for more than 30 minutes to deposit my rent only, not even my own bank does this. The customer services and drive thru times are terrible.

    Worst branch ever. Lobby never open, long lines at drive thru, at least 30 min waits! I never go here even tho it’s 2 min from my job, rather go to Addison which is out of my way a bit just because I know I can go in and out in 5 min.

    Me and my mom went to the bank today to get money out and they told us they need to know in advance when you need to get a certain amount of money out, they say u can’t get no more then 5000$ out of your account, I think they are races because you don’t see no black person in there

    Longest wait times ever. Don't bother with this branch. Management doesn't care about customers, just minimizing their expenses and not hiring enough tellers to help customers in a reasonable amount of time.
