I had the best experience when I came into the melrose park store! I had the pleasure of meeting a young lady named Reyna who helped me with everything I needed and was nothing but a delight to have guide and walk me through everything. I have never had such a great experience in my life. She was so professional and super nice. And for as exhausted as I was she honestly made me enjoy and forget how bad my day had been before walking into that location! Definitely recommend that location and that lovely lady Reyna!

I just got a loan as I have done many times before, Olivia was my representative for today's transaction. She's very knowledgeable about the Speedy Cash products and services and she displayed such a pleasant disposition.

I was very pleased with my experience at Speedy! The lady I had worked with was very professional and made conversation with me like I was an actual person, not just someone coming in for a loan. I had an issue getting my pay stubs to email to her, but she was very patient and even helped me to get them to send. She made sure I understood everything instead of rushing me, and overall it was a fairly easy and quick process. I would definitely recommend Speedy to anyone who is in need of extra cash!

I totally appreciate them. They can help me with a couple dollars. When I'm in need. On the second hand what I truly don't like is how they take advantage of the interest on giving you a loan when you're down and out.

This by far is a good place to go if you're looking for a loan. The staff is quite nice & personable and they don't make you feel bad or inadequate just because you are in need of financial services. The process is very easy and simple, as long as you have the required documents in order to process the loan. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I felt like I was denied because of how I went dressed or maybe looked because I went to another location in Chicago and got approved with no problem. They gave me attitude and were giggling the whole time! So disrespectful! Comming out of my 9-5 job having to get my baby ready in the morning gives me no time to look my best . I just had to pay a bill I owed I payed back the loan litterally 5days after I got the loan. The worst part of it all is I believe karla the manager or asistant manager was a part of this .
