Currency Exchange/Auto License Mannheim Rd, Franklin Park

Went to another Currency Exchange and they had 20 reasons why they could not do a simple Vehicle Title Transfer and Plates. Decided to look for another Currency Exchange and found this Gem. Anita helped me and explained the entire process and showed where to sign and what to sign. In and Out in 20 minutes! Good Employees are hard to find, Anita was amazing (Take Note Owners and Managers)! Friendly, Courteous and extremely Helpful! All of my Currency Exchange Business will be going to Anita and This Currency Exchange. Another point to make is the facility was clean, they had Hand Sanitizer at every station, Ample Parking, Great Location and the other employees seemed friendly. I won't visit another Currency Exchange, You earned a loyal Customer. Thank You!

Went last week with my dad to pay bills and the teller that took care of was really nice and greeted us with a smile. They had a line but they acknowledged every customer and moved the line quickly. This is the 1st currency that I go to that the employees are actually friendly and enjoy interacting with the customers. Good job to who ever manages this currency you have great employees.

Today I had the worst time trying to get a simple fax sent. The lady with curly hair was by herself today and had a line out the door. She was not enthused in helping me with my fax and I traveled by uber from my hotel just get it done there. Did not expect such a snubby employee who treated whites and Hispanics with care, but clearly did not like serving blacks and was impatient in helping them. I waited and consulted with my attorney about the problems with the currency exchange fax 4 times by phone while she took others and then she left my experience in sour note, by not caring about my troubles as paying customer. She did not even give me eye contact and brushed me off. I ended up walking to Franklin Park Library to get my important fax done and it worked, no thanks to this currency exchange and the clerk who needs a real attitude adjustment, plus your under staffed. Wont be coming back to this location again.

The staff is friendly. Service provided was excellent. Although not bike-friendly. Had to lock at neighboring establishment. Will repeat visit and recommend to others.

I have never had bad experience doing business with this company and will continue to use their services.

I've been going here for the past 9 months or so to cash my checks and I've never had to wait longer than 3 minutes. The staff is always super friendly and professional and makes me feel welcomed each and every time. Jackie, who seems to be working almost every time I go there, should definitely get the "Employee of the Month" award for her awesome attitude, attention to detail, and being so courteous towards new and returning customers. I've been to many different currency exchanges, and this one is definitely my #1. I have never had any issues trying to cash my check here and the service fees are completely reasonable. I will, and already do, reccomend this place to everyone I know :)

Yes, you will wait a long time in line. Sometimes even I get frustrated; however, the amazing friendly staff - who take time out to ask how you are doing - makes the wait worth it. All they need is another staff member and I will give 5 stars. Either way, best darn experience in a currency exchange I ever had !

Very friendly employees! My only complaint is the time to complete a transaction can be very long, would be helpful if company hires another employee

The workers have attitude. Even when you try to ask a simple question. Shouldn’t work in customer service if you lack such skills.
