This is the best branch to go to- super friendly staff. Most places in Corvallis are pretty rude and judgmental to broke college kids but these folks have given me great services for years. I especially like Cheryl :)

The staff at the Monroe location in downtown Corvallis is so friendly and welcoming. They consistently step up to be helpful. Cheryl is my fave but there are many times when others have made banking here easy and pleasant.

I have autism and the gentleman I worked with made sure to take the time to explain everything to make sure I understood. I highly recommend anyone with autism who’s trying to start a bank account go here. They are very polite and helpful!

prolly the worst bank to use when you are young or poor... I remember in my college days when I lived in Corvallis how US Bank would rearranged the charges when they go through so I get $100 in overdraft fees when in actuality I only went a dollar.. They also make it really hard to close your account they want you to come in person to the branch you opened it... i love in pdx now, GG.. They also like to hold your paycheck when they could give you the money early.. why? overdrafts fu us bank.. its been 20 years, i dont forget

Friendly and swift staff, his name was Colton. When I entered the building, a teller greeted me, she was nice. At that time, all counters are open but there was no line. So the tellers can serve me quick
