    I have tried at least a dozen different times this year to make a quick deposit or withdrawel from this branch and each time im denied by either one of the rude staff members or an unwelcome sign on the door stating that customers have to have an appointment. This is ridiculous and unprofessional! My son reconized that the rude woman with the attitude at the door was from the Academy location and let me just say she was just as rude and nasty over there and always unwilling to help and just sitting there doing nothing while the line goes oit the door. Dont know her name but i know she has an accent. Make a long story short I decided to go into the academy branch and noticed a drastic difference. Line was still out the door but this new crew of people were eager to help us and did so with a smile. I stood and watched tellers zoom back and forth from the drive through to the lobby helping customers. It wasnt even that many of them there but they did not let that stop them from treating every customer like a human! Thats called customer service, thats called multi tasking, thats what you call decency! Hell they even made us laugh! It would be great if all your locations moved liked this and treated us cutomers like we matter. Instead of acting as if we arr an inconvenience when in realty you are inconveniencing us by not opening your doors to all us, just the ones that you deem high dollar! Do BETTER!

    Terrible customer service. Called and tried to work out fees that were being charged after being a customer for a great deal many years. And could not get refunded the $36 fee worked out, even though I paid tons of fees using ATMs so I decided to close my account and just bank with ENT who charges dramatically less at ATMs that are not theirs.

    This is the worst us bank branch I have ever been to. On a Friday afternoon they only have one teller working and a line out the door. That's pretty much every single day. It's best to plan ahead and make multiple trips to an ATM. Avoid going inside this branch at all costs. Even the small one's inside grocery stores are better run.

    We had an account here for our Girl Scout troop for almost 3 years. I was very disappointed at how much the fees were to have an account with this bank. Most of money the girls earned went to cover statement fees at this bank. Also, customer service is lacking. Robin Buckley with whom helped set up the account was helpful at first but when it came to closing it out became very rude. You do not ask a customer basically to stop speaking when they are trying to explain the situation. Very rude and condescending. They did take care of the account and we got it sorted out, but I would not recommend this bank for any Girl Scout troop. Find another bank if you can.

    The new hours are really inconvenient. I am going to be switching to a different bank real soon. Be careful when y ok u deposit a check and your account balance reflects 200 dollars of the check that cleared and you use it it will put your account in the negative. Just another inconvenience that you have to put up with at this bank.

    Be very cautious with this unprofessional, crooked bank. Even when they are in the wrong, and admit what they did was wrong, they will not make things right with the customer. If you are thinking of opening an account at US Bank, I would think twice about it. If you already have any account, be cautious, they do not practice good business. Apparently I am not the only person who feels this way, with 2.4 stars, that speaks for itself.

    Update: After seeing the multitude of people with the same issue as me, I filed a complaint with BBB. I should have known better after seeing so many other people with false overdraft fees! I should have never given US Bank a second chance! Run as far as you can! I had an issue with a CLOSED account, and they had to refund me overdraft fees because of THEIR error, not mine. But because my new account was incorrectly set up (another US Bank error) and the fees were notated as "courtesy refunds" (the next US Bank error) they have successfully stolen more money from me as "overdraft fees". Closed my account as soon as the manager at this bank dismissed me. RUN FAR AWAY!!!!

    USbank has become a horrible place to bank. This branch is awful and Robin and Pam are absolutely no help. We've been banking here for decades and the utter lack of basic customer service is unbelievable. USBank has closed quite a few good branches and now wait times are appalling and customer service doesn't exist. After holding an account here for over 2 decades I will be closing all our accounts and finding a new bank.

    Over $300 in false late fees due to this branch's incompetence. US Bank pulled funds out of our account EARLY which led to a late fee. We addressed this late fee immediately and were reassured that the account was current. 3 months later we have a $300 + fee because the account was not current. This branch refuses to waive any fee even though this is clearly their fault. We will be reporting them to the federal bureau... but avoid this bank to avoid a headache.
