Went in to open a busines account. While i wait seated, it was very noticeable that the receptionist is super friendly with the gentleman teaching him Spanish and almost walking him out the door. When she came to "great me" she was totally different very hostile, stating that for business i need to make an appointment, Also requested all documentation be bring in on hand (not digital). As she goes to make an appointment, she requested ID, tomorrow -"we are booked"- she said, Wednesday?: -"we'll see"- and she continued very rude and hostile, i requested my ID back. -"I'm not finish"- she stated. at this point i reply, its ok, with that attitude in comparison to the service provided to others... i rather go to a different bank. Simmons got me right there 30minutes later I walked out with my bank account... This receptionist is a latin woman with a racist attitude. I'm sure the camera's can be a witness to this

We now drive from LR to the Bryant branch when we need to conduct in-person business, so we can be assisted by Mrs. Engle, the manager. We did not know her prior to meeting at the Chenal branch, but for several years now, we have found her customer service to be unparalleled. We are quite a bit older than she, and no matter the number of times that I/we need to ask a question(s), her expertise and patience is readily available. For such service, it is worth a drive to Saline County.

Brandy, the manager, is one of the worst people in this place. She is so rude to her employees in front of customers and she always has the worst attitude. It's definitely a hostile environment when she is around! Avoid going or working here if you can.

Horrible customer service, rude employees and to make matters worse-- she put the deposit into some one elses account!! Can you not pay attention to what account number your typing? This is the WORST branch!!!

They are very constant on what they do and are very helpful, there also patient and nice to you when you get there to see their smiling faces even if they’re treated like trash when the customer had waited for awhile.

The wait time at this bank it’s unbelievable! The tellers and manager are super rude. Take your business somewhere else.

NOVEMBER 1, 2020 I have never in my life had a bank ATM Process go wrong at ANY bank, But My ATM CASH WITHDRAWAL(I don't bank with US Bank)went very wrong and I'm having my bank investigate this incident as well. MY FIANCE (SHAYNE BARNES) AUTHORIZED ME(LORETTA RAY) TO USE HIS CARD TO WITHDRAW $140.00 CASH FROM HIS CARD ACCOUNT. I tried to withdraw the CASH...ATM stated it couldn't process the transaction I pressed CANCEL MY TRANSACTION, it gave me back my card and receipt...But NO MONEY! THE TRANSACTION SHOWED UP AS PENDING ON MY CARD ACCOUNT AND WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE. It needs to be returned to my account ! Check the the camera ...NOVEMBER 1, 2020 BETWEEN 10:30AM AND 11:00AM CARD NAME SHAYNE BARNES ACCT ENDING 1548 AMT $140.00.

Kevin at US Bank has always been more than helpful. I could use USAA but I've been with US Bank for over 10 years and I'll never use another bank. Kevin has always been quick to take care of me or answer any question, or point me in the right direction.

Worst and slowest bank in America! Any time you come here get ready to wait at least 40 or more minutes. They don't even deserve 1 star!
