    I have had an account at Arvest for years and they have always taken great care of me. Angela has been awesome about giving me exceptional service and even calling on my birthday. More recently, Aaron in loans has helped me with a car loan and has been great as well. I’d recommend this bank to anyone in the Bryant area.

    Lobby is STILL closed. Wait times are more than 20 minutes at any given time. Do better Arvest. We are more than a year past lockdowns. At the lease get creative and hire more staff or get creative to get your customers through in a timely manner or you could just open the lobby.

    In all my years of banking with Arvest, I have never encountered a problem until today. I went in to the Bryant location to withdraw a dollar amount which needed an "override". So once the person who was suppose to give the override finished messaging her manager about what should she do, she then tells me that she doesn't feel comfortable giving me that amount. Even though the deposit was days ago, pending but not on a hold and all funds are available. Not to mention the deposit is reoccurring every 3-4 months. But she didn't feel comfortable?! Not that a policy states it but because she felt uncomfortable. I then called customer service and they stated that once funds show available, regardless of the amount or feelings, they will have to honor it because it's in there!!!!

    ”Poor Customer Service” people warned me about this Arvest Bank location, but I decided to give them a try. Worst mistake! THANKS, to the Arvest Bank branch in Benton for going above and beyond to help their customers.

    I went into Arvest Bryant Branch wanting some help on how to improve my credit. Ive been doing well on my own but was hoping for a little advice on how to improve my efforts. I explained my situation in detail, described my efforts, showed my credit score on several apps I've been using to help guide me and asked if a small loan would help. They said I should try somthing else....I thought based on our conversation they was being helpful to my set of circumstances. So I trusted them with my best interest. The called me several days later saying I was denied because I show zero credit history. I all but knew that, thats why I was there. So here's my problem. I went looking for help on how to improve my credit score. They offered no help. No consulting, no advice based on everything I said. They was only all too eager to run my credit and negatively impact my credit score.....Its a bank. I know.... just dont be foolish as I was to think they are there to help you. At best they are burger flippers in nicer cloths.

    My 18 year old son and I met with Angela to set up a checking & savings account for him. She was wonderful. She explained and talked directly to him, not me. She went over everything with him and helped him set up his online account. Arvest should be very thankful to have such a wonderful person representing them like Angela.

    The Arvest Bank in Bryant has been great for my business. They have been helpful and very accommodating towards some of our requests. Due to there management working with our needs, they have helped our business to create additional efficiencies that makes my life as a business owner much easier. This branch also has a later than normal drive through that remains open until 7pm!

    Do not use this branch if you can. We have been to other branches and they have been great! Helpful and informative, just outstanding people. However the employee who assisted us here, Aaron, had no idea what he was doing. He was rude, condescending, and completely inexperienced with what he was doing. After reviewing the paperwork we received back we are going to have to go back in( to a separate branch) and hope they can fix his mistakes. If this was an isolated incident I might understand but this is the second time with this same branch and employee. It is Unprofessional and has overall made us question whether or not to change banks.

    Went in to cash a check from Arvest. Told them I had a safety deposit box and they said that doesn't count for that. Manager at Benton said that was totally ok. Either they don't know what they are doing or their tellers don't know.

    Love my branches in Hot Springs, stopped at this one to see if the kiddos could cash in coins, while waiting in line called and there was 13 minute wait?!?! They weren't very helpful when it was our turn . Will only stick to our local branches
