2nd update: I closed my account out. Never got to talk with anyone about my experience that initially caused me to close my account. On top of all that, I get a notification from my phone that US bank has checked my credit for a credit card over a week after I closed my account! I called and they said they made a mistake and would try to fix it. A week later a get a person from us bank that calls me and asks how my new credit card is treating me. I would deal with another bank. Update: I sent the email, was very thorough in my explanation.I never got a call from anyone. Tried calling two times to set appointment to go inside and pull money from my account because my debit card was lost last week and the new one had still not came in. Asked me if I instead could stand in front of the window outside in the drive thru. Great way to start a day, I’ll be opening a new bank account somewhere else.

Regularly understaffed, only have 1 maybe 2 tellers around lunch time, took 15 mins to do a simple deposit. Always a gaggle of people standing around the slip island and people cut in line, or get confused. Need to put a queue up so there is some sort of order. In the time I waited I noticed 2 people walk out from waiting. 4 front teller, and at least 3 drive up teller stations, 2 people working. Make it 3 people another just left.

I went into the Bethalto branch to cash their cashiers check. To make a long story short they were very rude. I will never bank there and would recommend others to seek another bank.

They didn't open till 9:30 am and charged me $7.00 to cash my check. What a rip off..

My husband and I have been banking with US bank since we moved to Illinois from Missouri. All the tellers are nice and polite. Very professional. The only issue we have, is when Us Bank closed the Wood River location which is closer to is. Now to go to bank, it's out of our way. Also US Bank didn't let us know they were closing that location. I've spoke with other people who have said the same thing.

Nobody at this bank is rude. Today's cry babies don't get their way and they take to Google reviews for a one sided sissy fit. I've been treated better here than any credit union in the area.
