I waited in line 5 cars deep to discover the cash deposit on the ATM did not work. Would have preferred a quick in and out lobby ATM for that kind of experience. Not sure what takes some people so long but that was like a 20 minute wait for nothing. Had to find another location to use.

The worst drive thru ever. Always a long wait. Took 25 min to deposit 2 checks. They must average 10 min per transaction. . Faster to drive to col hts location and deposit there. Closed palmer dr location. Should have closed Apache instead

This bank is always painfully slow. I've been waiting 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru and I'm second in line. I've been second in line this entire time. I don't know if the person in front of me is trying to refinance their mortgage but it's taking forever.

Poor customer service. Waited 25 minutes for a personal banker and ended up leaving due to time constraints. The manager told me it was Saturday and it was very busy so I should expect to wait. That a weekday would be a better time to come. Funny, I thought they were open on the weekend to assist customers that couldn't get away from work on a weekday. Poor staffing. Get it fixed

This is the worst branch I have ever dealt with. The teller, Luke, was very rude and unhelpful. He did not even try to find a solution or ask for any help. Worst banking experience I have had.

I walked in to find no customers in the lobby. I see 3 tellers typing something on the screens in front of them. I stood there for solid 5 min. None of the 3 teller even acknowledged my presence. What happened to customer service???

Man, there are tons of branches for US Bank and this is the only one with a 30 minute wait no matter when you go there. For the love of god hire more than two cashiers.

Worst business customer service I had in my life. The small business specialist literally yelled, complained and insulted me when I just came in to update my business account. Kept arguing with me and keep changing her words. Told a rep she was over the phone with that I the customer don’t know what im doing. Why else would I be in this brunch for if I can do it at my office? Would not provide her name nor her agent ID to when I told her I will write a review about her unprofessional behaviors. I love us bank but I’m Willing to take my business elsewhere if you guys keep hiring reps like these and keep rushing because it’s 11:30am on Saturday and you guys close at 1pm.
