U.S. Bank Branch Orange St, Redlands

Terrible bank. So many inconsistencies. Not one person has the same answer to the same question. Nobody is on the same page. The ATM constantly malfunctions. This last time the atm took $680 in cash but didn’t credit our account or spit the money back out. Now I have to file a claim and wait up to 10 days to get that money back. Unbelievable. And they won’t even put a sign on the atm to warn anyone else.

First I'd like to mention as a whole over many years the service at US Bank has been excellent and that I have never been disappointed with any US Bank representative. So, overall I'd give the reps 10 stars if I could. The representatives at this branch are great! But, like so many companies the corporate decisions that are gradually made over time usually evolve into ones that erode customer benefits. Because of the various take backs and fees however, I have to regretfully award only four stars to US Bank as a whole entity. Inflating the cost of safety deposit box rentals and offering 50% off to premier accounts when they used to be free is such an example of such poor corporate decisions by those executives who fancy themselves quite clever. Cancelling a customers high interest credit card with excellent credit and payments because one doesn't use it for a while is another corporate boo boo too. (Of course I didn't use it, they gave me a better one at about half the interest rate at the same bank so which one would you use regularly?) Such shortsighted company policies eventually increase in scope and multiply over time and result in eroding customer satisfaction. When all is said and done, simply put, US Bank isn't as good as it once was but still better than so many other banks. Because, like all corporations who look for ways to continually improve profits, and this translates into less for the consumer, US Bank is less of a good deal and is beginning to slide downwards from it's previous pinnacle of excellence. It is likely that over time it will be in danger of being another so-so also ran business and that its customer service and business model will continue it's gradual downward trend. I hope I am wrong but when one thinks of now defunct or near defunct large corporations that have fallen by the wayside it's easy to see in retrospect the poor executive management choices that caused them. Unfortunately, the earmarks of such things may be evident at US Bank. Of course, it is just my opinion. And, like so many things it is a matter of relative choices. I still bank here precisely because of the tellers and service. The time may come I don't. I used to bank at US Bank exclusively. Such is no longer the case precisely because other banks have caught my eye and the US Bank take backs and fees are negatives when other offers seem better.

The teller was nice until I told her I wasn't a member of US Bank. All the good reviews come from people who have accounts with US Bank. I live in the community,so don't give me that BS about helping the community. I guess just account holders in the community are the ones that get good service. So if you don't have an account they will charge you $5 to cash a check. And if the check is $500 or more you have to set up a profile with a bank you don't even have an account with. Why would I want to open an account at u.s. Bank? Everyday we lose more and more privacy and freedoms. Don't they get paid by the hour for doing their job?just because Bank of America started the $5 non-member tax doesn't mean it's the right thing to do. Talk about discrimination. That's right I wrote it. Remember this US Bank employees. You don't have to walk through the door of the bank to go to work. But since you do...treat everyone the same. The Redlands Branch must have fired their housekeeping crew. Here's the kicker. I asked the teller if she would like me to remove my face mask to verify that was me on my driver's license. She said no that won't be necessary LMAO. What's the point of asking for valid identification if you're not going to verify it. Give me a break. Or is that going to cost $5 too?

This branch is taking advantage of the current COVID19 situation and limiting services and hours. They should be ashamed, people are trying to get back to normal and this location is not supporting its community. On a brighter note... they are still happy to take your money!

This particular branch is the worst bank ever I’ve that I’ve been too that’s a US Bank. The employees are rude and they treat people very poorly. Customer service is an F. Many people I know feel the same about this branch.

I bank at this branch for business purposes. I am there 2-4 times per week.This branch is efficient, professional and kind. They do their job work with excellence while also treating you like a friend. Vicky, the bank manager is one of a kind!

Good customer service unlike the branch in Lima Linda. (Only reason they get ⭐⭐) Unfortunately their policies suck they took a lot of my money on fees after I was told my account was enrolled on a different protection plan..

And this is by far the best banking experience ive ever had. the staff is friendly and professional. from Judy to Ana to Claudia, these ladies deserve raises and promotions. im not exaggerating, us bank should consider themselves fortunate to have all these experts as employees. as long this team works there, I wont be moving my account. thank you ladies for your professionalism and courtesy!

I want to thank Mr. John Olson at US bank Redlands for helping me at the bank last week. I am very impressed with his customer service and I would like management to know that he is a great asset for them. He went above and beyond to help me even though I am not a US Bank customer. Thank you, Mr. Olson, for your help in taking the time to contact my bank (Bank of America) and verify my cashier check and removing the standard bank hold.

Been with US Bank for 6 years & have never had an issue with neither of my accounts. ( personal nor business ) Excellent service even free veteran banking. 👍👍
