We refinanced with Viewpoint and the loan process was a seamless, Marvin stated it took 24 days but it seemed like two weeks to us, Viewpoint was professional before, during, and after the loan process and walked us through the loan requirements step-by-step, you will not be disappointed with Viewpoint Financial.

It's a holiday weekend and, on the recommendation of our financial planner, we contacted John Stanfield about starting the process for a home equity loan. Holiday weekend. Thinking I would hear back on Monday morning I sent the email Sunday night. John responded to my email! I was shocked!...and pleased. John explained the process, what we would need to provide, and provided a timeline. Throughout the entire process, John was on top of it. We have worked with lending institutions for many years, but never had we the kind of attention that John provided. I am happy to recommend John to my family and friends.
