First and foremost I rarely take the time to post reviews for multiple reasons. The first reason being that I am busy and my time is valuable. The second reason being that if the establishment is exuding excellence, I prefer to praise the person/place right then and there in the moment. We lack human contact enough as is. I know that I personally appreciate an in person compliment. I have worked in a customer service/retail/hospitality business for 10+ years and understand that unfortunately negative reviews can be a dime a dozen. I wish I wasn't adding to them, but this branch and my experiences here haven't left me with another option. Every time I have done business in this location there has been an issue. Whether it is a long wait, a sense of the place being under staffed, or staff who are under trained and unable to assist with simple tasks. The "manager" here is a joke. Unprofessional and lacking in customer service skills. I have been a long time US Bank customer and am happy with the services provided. Every other US Bank location I have been to is great and has top notch customer service. Save yourself some time and head to an actual branch, not this one.

The people at this branch are very nice, professional and actively engage in conversation when I have to come in the branch. During the Plandemic I have avoided this but everytime I have to is a pleasant experience.

Ruby is great and is very professional. She made me want to bank there. Thanks Ruby you are great compared to the Des Moines branch, which is horrible.

They're always really nice and ready to help, I've never had a problem with the staff! They're always happy to answer any question for me, even if it's a stupid one.

This branch in maple valley is awesome! The people are caring, great courtesy, and awesome!

Having a Bank branch that’s open later in the evening on weekdays and open on both weekend days is essential for someone who commutes outside of town for work. The reps are friendly and knowledgeable and when the branch is closed the ATM is available as long as Fred Meyer is. I’ve only experienced once when the ATM was down due to maintenance. Even during peak hours, I’ve never experienced more than a queue of two clients before me. The caveat in this review is that I’ve only needed the branch for basic services and although it appears they have more in-depth banking offerings, you may want to call to inquire beforehand.

I closed my US Bank account due to the rudeness of the staff at this location. Couldn't believe myself how incompetent staff can be in banking field. Besides US bank charges fee for nickel and dimes, mobile check deposit fee etc. Do yourself a favor and go to chase bank couple of blocks down who will actually give you sincere customer service.
