If I could give negative stars, I would. Biggest group of lying, lazy, rude people. Refused to release funds that are available according to all other “systems” excepts theirs???? Didn’t have enough time before closing to visit a different branch, whom stated over the phone they were able to do transaction. Avoid this branch at all costs!

This branch has been closed for multiple days without notice or reason. I called customer service and they had no explanation either. Edit Closing the branch for safety, then everyone goes to the next closest one not sure how that helps. Also a sign on the door and updated answering message would do wonders.

My mom came through the ATM to get money out using my PNC card- yes we just pay the fee because there is not PNC location near Crystal City. The ATM got jammed and kept the card- my mom went inside to get help. Once they got the card out they kept it- I understand them keeping it because it wasn't her name on the card. However, we pleaded with them to keep it and I could come after work with my picture id to confirm identity to pick u the card. They said it was their policy to destroy it. I think it is absurd you don't show a little grace and let me come get the card. Especially around Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!! How will I finish Christmas shopping? I could have made it there by 530 today to get the card and they refused. If I ever have to switch banks I will never use US Bank- that is poor customer service in my opinion. The employees treated my mom as someone who had no right to have the card.. she did have the right but its not my fault that your ATM doesn't work properly!

In the past I received good customer service. Now it seems the staff are just not concerned with their customers. Both Outdoor ATM machines are usually out of service, so no use if you have an after hours deposit. When notifying staff of this issue, it is clear they don’t care.

I recently saw a review about Dustine and needed to get this on here asap and clarify she is the most KIND and helpful professional I interact with at this branch. I am more educated about banking and policy because of her. I am shocked by this locations reviews here but I guess people usually only report problems. Out of all the various St. Louis US banks I visit, the Festus location is my favorite. Please be kind and respect the lovely people working hard at their jobs.

I opened an account on 8/13/21 and did a direct funds transfer to open. I went to this branch and deposited a check on 8/21/21. I stopped by the store and grabbed a few things after work on 8/23/21. Card declined-no funds available. I check online and it shows negative $69 available. What?? I scroll and it shows that I have the funds but they are on hold. I call the bank...no answer. I call another location...no answer. I call the main national phone and the gentleman I spoke to said that the check has no reason to be on hold and that even though there is over $800 showing in my account, they charged me an overdraft fee on a withdrawal I made on their ATM machine on 8/22/21. He gets on the phone to call this branch and calls repeatedly and nobody will answer. This may be the shortest time I have ever had an account anywhere. It has now been 4 days and I still can't access my money. My gas tank is nearly empty and they want me to leave work 20 miles away and drive to this location to get this fixed.

We have had nothing but positive experiences at this branch of US Bank. I find the tellers quite friendly. Also, we have recently had a few questions to ask over the phone and the person answering has been most helpful. Sometimes when you call a bank you never can reach someone locally, only at the 800 number. I like how you can actually reach someone easily at the local bank.

I had good customer service once with one of the managers but the drive through is horrible. Went there on June 6 and realized I forgot my debit card in the atm machine earlier that morning. I walked up the the drive through window and before I could even say anything the girl said “we’re closed”. It was 12:05 so I guess they closed 5 minutes ago. I told her I left my card in the atm machine and all she said was “come back on Monday”. I asked if anyone turned in my card and she didn’t know. I asked if I could just get $40 cash until I can come back on Monday and she said nope. She told me to go to Arnold at the branch on Vogel road (20 minutes away). It’s hard to find good customer service these days, you know a place that will go above and beyond.

Worst bankers ever, they don't respect their customers and won't have a normal conversation with you. After partially describing my problem I had with their online banking, only partially because they wouldn't let me finish a sentence, I was told there was nothing wrong on their end. So I requested to close my account, the manager did all the math to figure out what amount of money to give me upon closing the account, math based on the numbers given to them by the online banking system. An hour later wouldn't you know it I was overdraft...US Bank sucks

Would give 0 stars but won't let u. Bank is horrible Dustine is one of the worst people in service ever.. my only question is how do you stay in business with a 1. 6 star rating... My star ratings of four out of five and my district manager still says that's not good enough. And you're at a 1. 6 out of 5 that is pathetic. All you have to do is count money and smile and be friendly!
